"For a kids entertainment venue I really enjoy coming here myself. I love bringing my kids especially during the week when there's less people. I feel we get the place to ourselves. The pizza is actually really good and fresh. Wme bought cotton candyfor$4 and a huge lollipop for $2. The games are super fun. It's not expensive to buy a play card for $40 and you probably won'tuse all your credit that day. My kids like the kiddie rides. Chuck E Cheese comes out every hour or so to greet the kids anddance. This visit was exceptionally nice because he came to our table and sang happy birthday to my kids and was super nice toall of us which made the night memorable. We took pictures and they allowed us to bring a cake and decorations to celebrate. Iwas very happy and thank the young man who was the hostess with two colors in his hair) for being kind to us. Bring your kidshere. Go during the week M-F) and get ready to have fun yourself along with your kids. We're an adult can be a kid again!"

"I've been coming to Chuck E. Cheese with my family for a while, but my recent visit was disappointing. I mention this because I was never informed about the significant cost difference between ordering individual items and opting for a full meal deal. When I asked the cashier for the best way to save money, her response was vague, stating that it depended on what I wanted. Rather than suggesting a meal option, she simply let me choose a medium pizza, chicken wings, and a salad. I ended up paying $83, and that didn’t even include drinks. After receiving my order, I took a closer look at what I had bought. I returned to the cashier with some questions and realized I could have saved nearly half of my total—only paying about $43—if I had ordered a large pizza with chicken wings, salad, and free drinks as part of a meal deal. Additionally, I found the cashier to be quite rude; she didn’t seem to care about my experience and never recommended the larger pizza option. Because of this negative interaction, I’m not inclined to visit Chuck E. Cheese again. It's never too late to learn about making better choices when dining out!"

"I don't know if putting a comment is even going to make a difference, but from all the times that we have been there, today was the worst so far. We were celebrating my 9 years old son's birthday. Book 2 weeks before the party for 10 kids with the package that comes with souvenir cup for each kid. they gave us paper cups without even saying anything they just put them there. when I asked for the souvenir cups they said they ran out. (It's an extra charge for each cup). party was supposed to be from 5:30 to 7:30 we have to wait 40 minutes to receive the cards for kids to play because they weren't ready. We order sampler platter, the fries were halfway cook. and it look like if they were doing this on purpose The hostess were so rude I had to be asking them for cups, for plates, for forks, things that they have to had in every single party. If it wasn't enough for their rudeness of these people 6:50pm lights went out. They just didn't have more electricity we gather our stuff and left . kids weren't been able to get there tickets exchanged"

"I was pleasantly surprised by our visit here. In the past, I have always dreaded coming here because of the poorly behaved kids running around with no parents in sight. That was much better this time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have not been for a few years but it seems like they are remodeling and updating things and it is nice inside. The games are all newer and work. My 7 year old had a blast and we will be returning. A little pricey but not anymore expensive than other arcade options."

"Awesome place for birthday parties! We were there for a friend's birthday party and we had a blast! I love that there are enough stimulation for the kids. The facilities are clean and the employees are helpful and nice. It changed a lot over the years but we love the new games and the fact that it's not overly cluttered. I'm definitely going to consider having my little one's birthday at this particular Chuck e Cheese. It really kept all the kids entertained and happy. "The experience with a school group during the day was very enjoyable, with attentive and helpful staff taking care of us. The noise level was a bit high near the stage in the dining area, and it would have been nice to have the option to lower it while the children were playing outside. The pizza was decent, although perhaps not worth the $12 price tag for a personal pizza. It was hot and tasted good, so overall, it was a satisfactory meal. I may not specifically choose to come back to this restaurant, but it was a good fit for the children and they had a fun time."

"We had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was amazing! The party attendant was so helpful, kind and attentive. You get so much for the money, there isn’t anything as good and entertaining for that price tag in Miami. I usually make a cake for the kids birthdays but decided I’ll make one on her actual birthday and not for the party and I ordered a Chuck E. Cheese cake. It was also very inexpensive and taste like a box mix chocolate cake and something similar to Duncan Hines frosting. Delicious! I thought it would taste more like a gross store bought cake and I actually ate some. The pizza was great! I had more than six kids but it’s 99 dollars for two hours of unlimited play for six children, 1000 extra tickets for the bday girl, a birthday blast, live performance, they bring out the cake, sing happy birthday, clean up and provide all the plates/ cups/ drinks. All her guests had a blast and so did the birthday girl!"

"If Chuck E. Cheese offered more engaging games and better quality food, I would definitely consider returning. I usually visit at least twice a month and would gladly spend around $200 each time. However, I noticed the area around the soda machine was sticky with dried soda and could use a good cleaning. The container holding straws and lids was also dirty, with debris stuck inside the straws, showing it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Additionally, the men's urinals were clogged and not working properly. It’s disappointing to see the place in this condition, especially since I have fond childhood memories of visiting."

"I booked a party for my sons first birthday last weekend. When i arrived the table was not set up and i had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time for his table to be ready. Our party host never brought out the goody bags or dip n dots. When i asked for the goody bags when kids were starting to leave he stated that he did not know if my package came with goody bags (it did) and left it at that. I’m very upset on how my dons party was conducted , especially because the party next to us that came AFTER us got dip n dots and their goody bags and their table was set up before they arrived. The manager seemed like he was new and didn’t know much either. I ended up getting $60 off of an almost $400 party. My host also brought out the 50 ticket favor for the other kids after they left"

"We threw a last minute and very laid back birthday party for my 5 year old today. It was our family of 6 and two of my daughters friends and we had a blast. We were greeted when we walked in and the same guy helped us pick a package- very helpful bc we didn't know what we wanted. It was great- right amount of pizza and drinks and it came with a large cookie. She even got free ice cream for her bday! I was even surprised at how many points we accumulated at the end and my kids got to pick out really nice prizes. Everyone was super friendly and the place was super clean. "I had a fantastic experience at Chuck E. Cheese! The setup was great, and the staff was exceptional. We arrived at 7:45, just before they were set to close early at 8:00 due to staffing shortages. I completely understand the situation, but they kindly allowed us to stay and enjoy our time, which I really appreciated. I thought it was excellent.<br/ <br/ The choices in draft beers needs some serious attention however. One's options are Bud or Bud light. For an Anglo-Saxon type of dark, stout, robust beer drinker these offerings are akin to ice water. Please include a Bass, Newcastle, Innis Gunn, Beck's, Sam Adams (you get the idea) even if they're bottled. Of course, draft would be much preferred."

"This was the first time we visited this site and it was very clean, the staff in the front were nice and helpful. They all have a great customer service. We loved them have a variety of games and spacious area for birthday parties. There is a huge digital screen for the dancing birthday party that allows all children to stand together and dance/play. Great place. The front doors are located in the shopping center and there is no door for the public entrance to the outside. Besides, we recommend it."

"Took my Godson here for his birthday. He turned one so there wasn’t much he could do. His siblings were able to play though and even the adults had fun. I reloaded our cards with minutes instead of games and didn’t pay attention to the time so when they were closing they just shut everything off but we still had time on our cards. "Visited this location just last night, which was a very busy Saturday night. Will start with the negatives and end on a positive note.They just recently remodeled and the place looks great...it would look even better if there wasn 't trash all over the floor, and trash cans filled to the brim everywhere. From napkins to whole slices of pizza, the floor had it all. Watch your step.All of the unofficial birthday parties take up most of the tables/booths. I 'm not complaining that there were unofficial parties there, I understand being on a budget, but between them and the few regular guests, most of the tables were taken. It took us a bit to find a table, and I believe some people that came in after us couldn 't find a seat at all.Most of the games weren 't working either. I scanned my card on ALL the skeeball machines and not a single one worked. People were mostly taking up the photo booth near the prize counter as it was one of the few working "games. "Only one of the soda machines were working, and the floor around it was sticky and filled with trash. No lids for the cups, and I didn 't even want to touch the straw dispenser, if I 'm being honest.As for the pros, pizza was great (it was the whole reason we came to begin with). I thought that the quality would decrease because of the amount of demand they had, but not at all. The employees were very nice; they were definitely doing their best for the amount of people they had.If at all possible, visit their next nearest location in Hialeah; it 's smaller but loads cleaner. Their Sunrise location is alright"
