Literally went to pick up their pizza. Growing up I always loved their pizza and my family would come to eat and ONLY PLAY THE SKEE BALLS. Idk who this little rat looking thing is but it's not the Chuckee I grew up with. But I'm glad they didn't change none of the ingredients lol View menu

Waited 50 minutes for a pizza, do not come here just to take pizza out. It is unbelievable then the girl brought the wrong pizza and then they started preparing my order. So they did my order incorrectly never coming back. Roberto the manager didn't help me refunded my money and that's it.

As soon as you walk in the door, the employee was biting her nails behind the counter where they serve food and drinks. No one greets you or says hello. When you get your card and your kids are ready to play games, half of the machines don't work and the card readers take a minute or two to even scan your card. Experience was horrible and employees are hiding in the back.

Highlight: Most of the games work lol Food is overpriced. Service is a hit or miss depending on who and what day your being served. If it weren't for Chukee Cheese showing up, we would have left. My most recent experience with service was disappointed and I will not be hosting any of my kid's birthday parties here. We had the worst experience here at Chuck E. Cheese's. Starting with the staff they had an attitude and when they messed up our pizza order they were very rude. When attention was raised due to the mistake they did the young lady in the front did not want to replace our pizza and ended up charging us for the replacement. We ended up paying a minor difference to fix this error however when our new order came there was a hair in our food. I was so grossed out and disgusted that I had to throw away the entire pizza. This location has been in business for 40+ years serving the South Miami Heights, Cutler Bay, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay areas. I ave taken nephews, friends, and attended many birthday parties here. One of the first things my 3 year old said to me this morning was mommy do you like Chuck E. Cheese pizza? And my response was yes I LOVE Chuck E. Cheese pizza. ...
