"I'm not one for Yelp but felt compelled to write a little something because for the first time yesterday I visited a Chuck E. Cheese- the one in SkyView in downtown Flushing. For whatever the reason, I've never been to one before, with my oldest son, who is now almost 20 years old. I'd heard horror stories about how filthy it was, how disgusting the food was, and how overall it was pretty awful. Yesterday my 6 year old and his two besties were off from school and we had nothing planned. We decided to check it out on a whim. Granted it was pretty much empty which made it easy to navigate BUT the customer service is what got me on to Yelp this morning- warm, professional and just really excellent. JANELI (hopeI got her name correct) was an absolute doll- so friendly and welcoming. And the other staff members with whom we interacted all displayed the same excellent customer care. I hope JANELI and her team are recognized for their professionalism- corporations are only as good as their people and these kids are doing a great job! The unlimited beverages were great as were the fries and wings and everything was just so clean and well maintained. We'll definitely be coming back on the next half day!"

"I've been coming to Chuck E. Cheese with my family for a while, but my recent visit was disappointing. We spent $18 on a wing platter that was supposed to serve six, but it turned out to be just 16 chicken nuggets labeled as wings, covered in a mix of hot and sweet sauce. The pizza was also poor—very thin crust with cheese that tasted like cheap string cheese, and we waited 20 minutes for it. In total, we spent over $60 for three people. The prices keep rising, and it’s becoming less enjoyable for parents. With limited seating and slow service serving subpar food, I don’t plan to return. We came for the kids, but honestly, going to the movies would have been a better option."

"I don't know if putting a comment is even going to make a difference, but from all the times that we have been there, today was the worst so far. We were celebrating my 9 years old son's birthday. Book 2 weeks before the party for 10 kids with the package that comes with souvenir cup for each kid. they gave us paper cups without even saying anything they just put them there. when I asked for the souvenir cups they said they ran out. (It's an extra charge for each cup). party was supposed to be from 5:30 to 7:30 we have to wait 40 minutes to receive the cards for kids to play because they weren't ready. We order sampler platter, the fries were halfway cook. and it look like if they were doing this on purpose The hostess were so rude I had to be asking them for cups, for plates, for forks, things that they have to had in every single party. If it wasn't enough for their rudeness of these people 6:50pm lights went out. They just didn't have more electricity we gather our stuff and left . kids weren't been able to get there tickets exchanged"

"I took my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese and we all had a blast!!! I also enjoyed the unlimited play. I recommend though that they place signs all over the place and especially at the food pick up window... REMEMBER TO PAUSE YOUR PLAY TIME WHILE YOU EAT I forgot and lost a lot of my time. Also this place is way to expensive to be able to come more than 1x a yr...seriously it 's ridiculously priced!! Also they need more staff on the floor and for them not to be scared to put unruly, rude, bully kids and parents in there place!!!"

"Manager asked me to place my firearm was inside my pocket, could barley see it but still slightly visual in my vehicle as firearms are not allowed. I responded with it was not posted when I came in, if I missed it I apologize. He said yes it’s posted by the front door. I asked if would point it out. He pointed towards the exit of the front door. It WAS posted but not on the outside coming in. The sign was posted inside next to the exit door only visible if you where leaving. I recommend posting that sign on the outside of the entrance. I have no problem respecting the wishes of a establishment it’s there right as it is mine to carry. I of course respected the wishes of the establishment and placed my firearm in my vehicle. On a good note birthday party was great birthday girl had fun and my kids had a blast. Pizza was good, plenty of games for my 4 kids from 2 years to 14 years. The new cards they have that let you play as many games as you want for 2hrs was awesome. Kids loved it. we have not been in years may not be new"

"The experience with a school group during the day was very enjoyable, with attentive and helpful staff taking care of us. The noise level was a bit high near the stage in the dining area, and it would have been nice to have the option to lower it while the children were playing outside. The pizza was decent, although perhaps not worth the $12 price tag for a personal pizza. It was hot and tasted good, so overall, it was a satisfactory meal. I may not specifically choose to come back to this restaurant, but it was a good fit for the children and they had a fun time."

"One of the first things my 3 year old said to me this morning was mommy do you like Chuck E. Cheese pizza? And my response was yes I LOVE Chuck E. Cheese pizza. ... (which is true but I 'll touch on that later in my review) me too, I want pizza for breakfast ... so we decided before even having breakfast that we would go to Chuck E. Cheese for lunch. I usually go to Chuck E. Cheese RIGHT when they open... on a weekday... but today we ended up going at 2 pm... on a Saturday. Big mistake. First I 'll start by saying that this location is usually never dirty. People that I 've gone with have stated that it smells like old musty carpet but I never smell that.. it always smells like plastic to me. Which isn 't necessarily a bad thing? The staff is usually friendly enough, maybe a few disgruntled teens but that 's no big deal. I usually never deal with the staff members anyway, only when ordering our food and charging our game card. Annnnddd the pizza! Chuck E. Cheese pizza is REALLY good. I don 't remember it being good when I was a kid but now it 's literally top 3 favorite pizza for me. Shocker I know. People are always taken back whenever me and my husband rave about Chuck E. Cheese pizza. Lol. Seriously it 's great. Try the stuffed crust for only $2 extra. Anyway my only complaint is coming to Chuck E. Cheese (specifically this location) during peak hours which my son and I did today. It was packed. Not birthday party or summer camp packed but just individual families packed. Kids screaming and throwing temper tantrums with no parent in sight... it 's really awkward when my 3 year old asks me mommy, where is her mommy? ... yikes. Grandmas walking around in sports bras? People sitting at our table when clearly it 's taken... my son and I couldn 't get far from our table because as soon as we would get up to play a game I would look over and someone is sitting at our table? Bizarre. Anyhow, take my advice. Go when they first open to avoid the weirdos. Order a pizza with stuffed crust. And get yourself the re-usable cups that you can bring back for life, I bring a cup that my niece got in 2008 :D"

"I booked a party for my sons first birthday last weekend. When i arrived the table was not set up and i had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time for his table to be ready. Our party host never brought out the goody bags or dip n dots. When i asked for the goody bags when kids were starting to leave he stated that he did not know if my package came with goody bags (it did) and left it at that. I’m very upset on how my dons party was conducted , especially because the party next to us that came AFTER us got dip n dots and their goody bags and their table was set up before they arrived. The manager seemed like he was new and didn’t know much either. I ended up getting $60 off of an almost $400 party. My host also brought out the 50 ticket favor for the other kids after they left"

"Per usual all of Chuck E. Cheese employees seem to dread their jobs. The cashier and the manager seemed nice and the cook as well, the guy at the entrance was really shy and the guy that was suppose to be cleaning (the tallest in the building) was hating his job perhaps. No smile or hello, didn?t clean any of the machines the way they claim, not that I care because we should all know that we are suppose to wash our kids hands in and out of this place. Overall it was okay. My kids love it here no matter what the circumstances are. Chuck E never came out in the 2 hours we were here. The salad bar started closing 45 minutes before closing time. Sorry have to spill the beans. I get it we are all tired but the fun thing was they let us eat our pizza without pressure and the manager again really nice lady. I hope everyone figures it out the pizza is always A+ here and it does look clean"

"While it may not hold the same nostalgic value for me as it did in my childhood, I appreciate the efforts they are making to modernize the experience. The pricing is reasonable—$25 for 60 minutes—and we always enjoy our time there. The pizza remains delicious, but I wish Chuck E. Cheese would be more engaging and visible. It would be great if he could interact more with the kids and be available for photos. We had to encourage the kids to get pictures taken, otherwise, Chuck E. would have retreated inside. Overall, it’s still a fun place, though children's parties don't seem to have the same vibe as they used to."

"We threw a last minute and very laid back birthday party for my 5 year old today. It was our family of 6 and two of my daughters friends and we had a blast. We were greeted when we walked in and the same guy helped us pick a package- very helpful bc we didn't know what we wanted. It was great- right amount of pizza and drinks and it came with a large cookie. She even got free ice cream for her bday! I was even surprised at how many points we accumulated at the end and my kids got to pick out really nice prizes. Everyone was super friendly and the place was super clean. We will definitely be back for my other daughters birthday!"

"I had a fantastic experience at Chuck E. Cheese! The setup was great, and the staff was exceptional. My daughter had her first visit there, and it was truly unforgettable, thanks to Kelton and Shakeeria. If management happens to read this, I hope they recognize their efforts. We arrived at 7:45, just before they were set to close early at 8:00 due to staffing shortages. I completely understand the situation, but they kindly allowed us to stay and enjoy our time, which I really appreciated. "ivory was our guest and restaurant manager. she went beyond and beyond to experience the 6th birthday party of my daughter super-special! she was very attentive, enthusiastic and funny! the restaurant was very clean and the pizza very good! I highly recommend getting the birthday package (mega fun or ultimate). we have special time with chuck e. himself, cute birthday show, balloons, place settings. I could also make my reservation on the day before, which was very helpful when they stuck on what they do in the last minute. we would definitely do this again. oh, and as 80s child, yes there was an animatronic chuck e. cheese, not the whole show as we remember, but still fun for nostalgie. a"

"I?ve enjoyed going here for the memories, but I?m dissatisfied with the service here. There was no attendant at the door to check in or check out. When it was busy we walked out without someone checking our numbers and people walked in without gettingstamped. We stood there waiting too. Makes me nervous to come back, I have little kids and don?t want them running off inexcitement only to be gone forever, ya know? Their food tastes sub par and overpriced. I wouldn?t eat their again, total wasteof money. The rides and games are what made it fun and the whole point to go. However some machines are getting older and justeat your points and don?t let you play. You have to go and ask for your points back. We had to do this several times. Threestars because great games, but poor food and service. Also there are no more tokens or tickets. It?s all on the cards. Whichmakes it a little less fun, because you cannot see what you have won."

"This was the first time we visited this site and it was very clean, the staff in the front were nice and helpful. They all have a great customer service. We loved them have a variety of games and spacious area for birthday parties. There is a huge digital screen for the dancing birthday party that allows all children to stand together and dance/play. Great place. The front doors are located in the shopping center and there is no door for the public entrance to the outside. Besides, we recommend it."

"on 3-12-22 around 19 clock. Apart from the young hispanic girl who worked the counter, there was a complete staff, while a girl helps the entire location, on phones, swear, not help to minimize lines. remember, it was extremely packed. once I ordered that I went up again to get red paprika for my pizza and was stared by about 4 employees either on their phone or busy in a personal conversation. the girl who tried to get rid of her long line was the one who asked if I needed help while standing at the salatable. each token game had no tokens to give up. a whole place was sticky and dirty. if the staff of about 10 worked as hard as this young girl, then this would be easy a 5-star review."

"Pizza has really gone downhill. I got a personal size that had it 's crust cooked harder than peanut brittle was tasteless. They really need to change the dough recipe to something with flavor. The wings were good; but, I was the only customer in the place it took over 30 minutes to make my order. When other people started c owing in, they received their order much quicker. While the lady who took my order helped me, I had to go to her for forks to check on my food, etc. Service was OK, but she didn 't go out of her way to serve me. I miss some of the old rides the train on the oval track!! And the animatronic characters for way back the gorilla . It looks like they tried to make it appeal to older kids. But they would only go if their parents made them...then they stay at the basketball hoop throw game. Wheelchair accessibility: Not even a rollator which I use could get through the initial gate .
