My son loves ChuckEChesse this is one of his favorite places to go, the games are more his size. The pizza was great as usual and we had the salad bar. It was pretty empty and then all of sudden it got really busy I guess everyone was on the same page trying to come on a Monday... lol We had a GREAT time and we will be going back.

This place has definitely upgraded, the games are so addicting and I was surprise to only see 2 games not working . I Love how they stopped the tickets and made it just go all directly to your playcard. My kids love to come here on there birthday.Lots of fun, pizza is so good and a bit pricey so i expect it to look good last time my pizza wasnt made with much love.

All staff are really nice and the guy came and Took photos with my son and all the kids I didn't even ask, it was pretty cool I had a problem at the end with a double fee, but I went up there and they were really nice and cared me on the spot I showed her my online banking Although she told me it was a corporation mistake not there?s we all worked out so that it was?t even a Hiccup View menu

The reception staff were friendly and greeted us with smiles. There were plenty of games for toddlers and young children, but unfortunately, none of the machines were dispensing tickets. Although there was a place to redeem tickets for toys, it wasn't very helpful. Many games were designed to earn tickets, but since no one could actually collect them, those machines were largely ignored. Additionally, a few arcade games were out of order and seemed to be reserved for the employees.

We celebrated my son's birthday party at the Brandon location. All the children had a great time. Unfortunately, Chuckie was still virtual during our visit. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. A big thank you to all the staff who helped make my son's day awesome. I highly recommend this location to anyone. While not every machine was working at all times, the staff quickly addressed any issues. We will definitely be returning with the kids in the future.

This was my first visit here. I noticed that some of the games were out of order, and there were about six that needed repairs. The seating area could use more attention as well; it should be wiped down more frequently, and the napkin holders were empty at over eight tables. The restrooms also need to be cleaned more often. I did enjoy the shark cupcake, but its presentation left much to be desired. It resembled a gloomy cookie monster and was missing its fins. Have you seen the picture? View menu

The food was subpar and overpriced, so I wouldn't dine here again—it was a total waste of money. The driving and arcade games are fun, which is the main reason to go, but some machines are getting old and simply eat up points without letting kids play. We had to ask for refunds on points several times. I'm giving it three stars because the games are great, but the food and service leave much to be desired. Also, there are no more tokens or tickets; everything is on cards, which takes away some of the fun since the kids can't see their winnings.

Came for our granddaughter's birthday party. Saturday's crowd includes hundreds of children with their parents, in many cases, grandparents. It's loud, chaotic, happy.<br/ <br/ I had their Cali Alfredo thin-crust pizza with fresh mushrooms, crumbled sausage, spinach, chicken breast slices, modest portion of Alfredo sauce. I thought it was excellent.<br/ <br/ The choices in draft beers needs some serious attention however. One's options are Bud or Bud light. For an Anglo-Saxon type of dark, stout, robust beer drinker these offerings are akin to ice water.
