"Pros:Atmosphere is lovely, staff are friendly.Food (when remembered/assembled correctly) is delicious.Cons:Terrible inconsistent service.I use to come regularly, but this factor really made me take a break. Missing meat in breakfast sandwiches, wrong syrups in coffee, etc. I definitely understand, I've worked in food service too. After a months-long break, my husband and I decided to give them another shot and there were still issues during a rush. Order was not remembered/recorded. Was asked several times by different people and cars are piling up behind us; wait was unnecessarily long.Staff was kind and friendly throughout, and was received a compensation for our wait, which was greatly appreciated! And When we finally got our food and drink it was delicious!I hate writing these reviews, I have refrained for so long, but I think something needs to be said. Maybe they had a really bad day that day, which I totally get, but almost every day I visited?"
