As someone who manages bipolar disorder, I value kindness and understanding in customer service, and I found the staff's demeanor to be less than friendly. The manager also treated me disrespectfully, which has contributed to my ongoing frustration with this location.
In my past visits, I have noticed staff laughing at me, which only adds to the unprofessional atmosphere. The overall condition of the restaurant is also troubling; it is messy, with trash scattered everywhere, and during my visits, I have encountered rain pouring from the ceilings, making it uncomfortable to navigate the space.
Given that this establishment is located near a hotel, it reflects poorly on both businesses when such grievances are allowed to persist. This level of disregard for customers is disheartening, and I cannot fathom why staff seem to feel it is acceptable to treat patrons this way.
Due to these repeated negative experiences, I cannot recommend this restaurant, and I have no intention of returning. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
