"Eric has horrible customer service. I got 6 Taco 1 small frie and asked for hot sauce ranch he gave me one ranch get out of my car I said Hi can I get some more ranch you just gave me 1 he said you only gout 1 frie I said well you should have probably asked how many I want not assume they are for my fries I then asked how much for ranch he said .25 so I said OK go grab my wallet to buy 4 he than doesn't hand them to but places them to the side regardless if didn't want to put them in my hand he could have placed then infront of me. I have been at your store multiple times never ever had a problem. I hope Eric never gets promoted because he is a crappy employee not a good person to working for such a big company"

I visited the drive-thru tonight, and even though there was a long line of cars, the woman working was incredibly positive and friendly. She managed a huge number of orders efficiently, even at 11 PM. What an amazing person! I really hope she gets a promotion soon!

I've been ordering from this restaurant for over 25 years, and the staff has always been incredibly friendly. The food is consistently well-prepared. However, the parking situation is quite limited, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Most customers appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru.

Food not that great customer service also not very good. Had a bad experience with this restaurant the general manager is very unprofessional. He herrasess the women that worked there. The speaker there is either too loud or too low. They have terrible new hires. I have had to repeat my simple order of a regular Iced tea with lemon too many times. Sometimes to accidently recieve a lemonade or the wrong drink. They really need to teachthese people in the drive through. The only good thing I can say is the tea is great, when I get it and the price is right.Also, close to home.

This restaurant isn't my preferred choice, but its proximity to my home is why I visit a few times a month. The food is decent, but I have never experienced fresh French fries here, which is puzzling. The staff is generally courteous, although occasionally you encounter someone who doesn’t seem to enjoy their job, and it becomes evident. Overall, the restaurant is fairly clean, including the restrooms.
