"only 2 to give, although I don't always have a problem visiting. I usually arrive pretty early in the morning, although(about 6:30 o'clock), so almost never someone there. visited today at 10:15 o'clock. just wanted to get 2 bagels on her with nothing. Three ladies behind the counter. 3 customers are waiting for ordering 1 family to place an order. when I went to 1 of the ladies, told me if I wanted to order, the line was right (but I knew that, as I usually come about 3 times a week). when I told her I didn't order anything, she never asked what I wanted. I had waited about 10 minutes until someone asks what I wanted. After I had told them, I waited for another 5 before another one asked again what I wanted to put the 2 bagels in one pocket. then I waited a few minutes to pay because 1 dame a guy who came after me, but put an online order (understood). this is not the first time that I waited for just a few bagels with nothing for them if there are 2 or 3 ladies behind the theke not ridiculously busy. 1 of the ladies should help customers only bagels in a bag or lottery or such. also read reviews about the rude lady with the brownish hairs. they are dead, not my personal experience, because I would put them to their place, they say she can keep them? but I have seen how it is rude to most customers. not to look for someone in difficult ways to get or fired, but it should be spoken and if it does not help to give her an ultimatum. she hurts her business. the people turn away. the only lady who is always friendly is the older lady with the curly gray hair. has never been hired with someone. the owner says he wants to improve to make customers happy, but obviously not because the rude lady has been placed in her place for at least 6 9 months or more."
