"The food is quite good, but the service could use improvement. The young lady at the register isn’t very friendly toward the customers; her demeanor comes off as if she's a CEO begrudgingly handing out end-of-year bonuses to those who don't deserve it. Additionally, they don’t pay attention to the correct spelling of customers' names and fail to apologize when errors occur. Moreover, there is a lack of consistency in the items offered on the same day of the week; the quantity and selection seem to vary significantly depending on who is preparing them."

Hot and cold food, great choices of hot and cold sandwiches and much more to choose from, great bunch of workers too.

The food was delicious, but we were disappointed to find that we were charged for mushrooms on the 11th Philly Cheese Steak and none were actually included.

this place has fallen off. I have been in the neighbourhood for 10 years and I don't know if there are new peculiarities, but the prices have risen and the quality of the food has fallen. they order the phone, they don't hear instructions. you get the food and it's a spirit of his former self. they are literally better off to go to ralph and go to the small corner shop for a breakfast sandwich. I’ve been dining at this restaurant for years without any issues, but recently I ordered a breakfast sandwich and within an hour, I started feeling nauseous. This continued for the rest of the day, and I ended up with a fever for two days. I tried to speak with a manager to inform them about my experience, but unfortunately, he wasn't available. Now, looking back at the reviews, I see similar complaints about undercooked fish. The owner really needs to pay closer attention to what’s happening in the kitchen.

The food is excellent. However, the young lady at the register is rather unfriendly to customers. She serves the food haphazardly, almost as if she's a CEO dismissively handing out bonuses to those who don't merit them. Additionally, they seem indifferent to how customers spell their names and fail to apologize when corrected. The consistency of the items included with the dinner plate also varies significantly, even on the same day of the week. The quantity and variety are largely dependent on the individual preparing the meal.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
