"I recently tried their brisket, and it did not disappoint—juicy and tender just as I like it. I also appreciate their self-serve sauce station; both the Chicago hot and original sweet BBQ sauces are excellent. However, I took off one star because I found it a bit pricey. For one pound of brisket, one side, and a soda, the total came to $50 after tax and tip, which feels steep for a small restaurant. While I understand that Lincoln Park is an expensive neighborhood, your location right across from the high school might lead you to think it’s more student-friendly, but unfortunately, it’s not."
