"that should depend on recommended old chicago pizza. I was in old chicago pizza presidio numerous paints and have always enjoyed eating, but have noticed that the service does not seem of a high priority. this visit was the least positive visit of the numerous paints I was. the negative experience started at our arrival. we asked a table on the south side of the restaurant to enjoy the sunshine. we said the waiter had enough tables and sat in the middle of the restaurant next to the bar. we ordered two entree salads and a pizza. waiting for our food was about average. when the food was delivered, one of the guests tasted the salat dressing (it was asked to have it on the side and it was. and was not sweeter than she wanted and asked for a balsamic vinegar. the waiter never came back with the dressing. After we had to wait 15 minutes, we found the waiter. a few minutes later it was delivered. when the dinner continued the temperature in the restaurant, cooled down to the point that we were unpleasant. the garage door was open at the bar and there was enough of a brise that in the evening it cooled, cool air in. we asked the server if the door could be closed. the server said she would ask the bartender. the door was not closed and there was no feedback on our request. I wrote a note about our bill along with my name and number and hoped to hear from management the next day. I haven't heard of anyone."

"I'm so disappointed in this location. I had wonderful food at the Fulton Rd and Shaker Heights locations. Their combo pricing makes no sense here. Please pay attention to the menu because ala carte items to make a meal are significantly less. I got their BOGO free 5pc wings and fries. The wings were so bland and didn't have much breading on them. Their fries are very similar to McDs. They come with mild sauce(very good, just not indicated on the menu). The whiting was fried perfectly, just not seasoned. The mild sauce and tartar made it palatable. The green beans were straight out of a can with not a grain of seasoning. The coleslaw was standard. I appreciate that my order was correct and well packaged. I just wish it was seasoned like their other locations."

"Old Chicago Pizza Taproom in Shoal Creek does not accept OpenTable reservations! I want to emphasize that this restaurant does not participate in the OpenTable system. What kind of operation is OpenTable running? We arrived at the restaurant on time, but the staff informed us that they do not utilize the OpenTable service. I voiced my concern, and they promptly took us to the back, but the evening started off on the wrong note. Please verify their listings of all restaurants on their website, as we were the second group to encounter this issue that day. They really need to address this problem with their system!"

"I just ate here again. I ordered the same thing, nacho supreme no tomato chips on the side. This time it came in the Aluminum pan that it usually comes in. It was a good portion, I got full, It tasted great and was worth the price. Always make sure they put it in the Aluminum pan, not the styrofoam container. I forgot to take a picture this time because I was so hungry. I just started eating sorry! This review is for one meal the word meal is used very loosely. I ordered my supper for delivery Nacho Deluxe with no tomatoes and chips on the side price was $10.65. When it got here it felt like a good weight and was in a round aluminum dish as usual. But I noticed there was tomatoes on it so I had the driver take it back to be fixed. (Gave driver extra tip for his troubles wasn't his fault) When I got the replacement I noticed it weighed at least half as much as the first one and was packaged differently. This one was in a square styrofoam container lined with very thin aluminum foil. The food wasn't even a centimeter deep I put my fork in to show depth. (See pictures) Had to be extra careful or the chips would poke a hole in the extremely thin foil. Ten chips in it was gone. I spent $10.35 for half an appetizer. Now I have to figure out what to have for supper."

"Went in to Old Chicago tonight for my younger brothers birthday with my parents. We ordered an appetizer spinach and artichoke dip and my brother a giant glass of his favorite milk! The dip came with wonton chips not my brothers favorite he prefers tortilla chips...he's special needs and can be picky! The waiter came over after delivering the app with a bag of tostitos that had been brought at his request by his boss from the store specifically for my brother! Said the birthday boy should have what he likes on his birthday!! It was the nicest thing the waiter was amazing and so was the food! Such an awesome gesture and so thoughtful!"

"Just a guy from SC traveling for work and wanted a good pizza. I placed an online order for pick up. I got to the restaurant and told the bartender my name and he went to check on the order and told me it'll be a few mins. No worries, after about 5 mins he came back and told me the order wasn't for me. Asked to see the confirmation number, I told him it didn't give me one,but I showed him the charge on the card. He immediately apologized and said he would have the cook prepare the food for me immediately. He didn't offer me a drink while I waited for my food to be prepared and I told him I was okay no worries. Let's get to the real reason why you guys are here for the food. I ordered a large pepperoni that OC thick crust in an order of the pizza roll things appetizers forget their name. Let me tell you the pizza was delicious and the sauce was nice and sweet There was plenty of cheese on the pie and the crust was perfectly cooked. The appetizer the little pizza roll things tasted good. I would definitely order the pizza again more than one more time probably while I'm here but as far as the appetizers I just don't see the value in the six rolls for $11. Although I got my food to go while I was there they were doing trivia night it seemed like everybody in there was having a really good time really positive area and the workers were working their tails off serving the customers that I noticed."

"Starting with the pleasant gal who answered the phone, the entire ordering process went smoothly. The delivery arrived promptly, with a friendly and smiling driver. The pizza itself was cooked perfectly, with a nice crust and a good ratio of sauce to cheese. "Went yesterday and got two flounder sandwiches hush puppies and fries. The food was cooked in old grease, the fish was not done it was mushy on the inside and the other person that ate the fish started feeling ill. Come to find out they were food poisoned. "We can't possibly say enough good things about Lino's Restaurant in Rockford. We have been going there regularly since my Wife and I first started dating over 4 years ago and never have had a bad meal. We had our Wedding Reception in one of their Banquet Rooms last night, and the food was fantastic, it was just like in the main restaurant upstairs. Kelly Morton was our contact to make the arrangement for our event and we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. The staff and service were exceptional and the food was plentiful. "Exceptional local pizza spot with a fun firemen theme the workers even dress like firemen. I ordered the lunch special for $9.99 you had a choice between a mini pizza (4 mini slices), pasta and sandwich with a side salad and drink. "Great little place. Not much to look at from the outside, very unassuming. Parking space area is small, so heads up there. The food is always on point! "Sydney was sweet as she could be, but the other two employees were extremely rude. When asked how long the wait would be for pepperoni pizza, the male African American employee (couldn’t catch his name) said he didn’t know and then proceeded to ignore us and the question, and the female African American employee (couldn’t get her name) came over to aggressively and rudely tell us it would be at least 15 minutes but we were welcome to go further down to get pizza elsewhere if we didn’t want to wait. It was all about tone of voice and these employees didn’t have to respond to a basic question in the manner that they did. We’ve been getting pizza from Sbarro at multiple locations throughout the US for many years, but this location has had these same two rude employees for quite a while and their attitude is consistently awful each time as you can see from multiple other reviews as well."

"I used to work at this restaurant 25 years ago, and back then it had the best pizza in town. Even to this day, it still holds that title. I don't think they have changed the sauce recipe at all in all these years. The double decker pizza has always been the star of the menu, and if you haven't tried it yet, you're definitely missing out."
