"Sydney was sweet as she could be, but the other two employees were extremely rude. When asked how long the wait would be for pepperoni pizza, the male African American employee (couldn’t catch his name) said he didn’t know and then proceeded to ignore us and the question, and the female African American employee (couldn’t get her name) came over to aggressively and rudely tell us it would be at least 15 minutes but we were welcome to go further down to get pizza elsewhere if we didn’t want to wait. It was all about tone of voice and these employees didn’t have to respond to a basic question in the manner that they did. We’ve been getting pizza from Sbarro at multiple locations throughout the US for many years, but this location has had these same two rude employees for quite a while and their attitude is consistently awful each time as you can see from multiple other reviews as well."

I was ignored multiple times the staff took the order of the women behind me before they took mine. Terrible Customer Service. They appeared to have next to 0 training on how to handle customers.

Hot delicious Stromboli at a decent price for a food court. Drinks were a little expensive with a bottle of water at 1.89. Clean counter with friendly, fast and efficient employees. We had Stromboli but the pizza and the meal items looked just as delicious. View menu

Sbarro Corporate! Please come shut this place down and give it a good clean. It’s 11:00 am and the place opened up with crumbs and food all over the serving area and checkout. The tray they gave me was filthy. Your employees obviously did not clean up last night nor this morning. However, they were the sweetest workers this morning. They seriously need some help and management here! Thank you!

I ordered two cheese pizza slices and a Sierra Mist. Unfortunately, the pizza needed more time in the oven as it was lacking in warmth and flavor. It felt like I was eating plain cheese on regular dough with a hint of ketchup as the sauce—it was pretty bland. While it was still edible, it didn't stand out at all. As for the Sierra Mist, it tasted mostly like sugar and water, with just a faint hint of lemon-lime. I'd recommend managing your expectations if you decide to eat here; we won't be coming back.
