"I only had a voucher for an online order, but unfortunately the website had issues and wouldn't let me enter my payment information. Alexander honored the credit at the restaurant, I guess. I told him which pizza I wanted, but realized after it was made that I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Even though it was my mistake, Alexander was polite and made me a completely new pizza without any questions. We frequent this restaurant often and always appreciate the professionalism."

"Got a $10 Tuesday's deal here the other week and the employees were absolutely wonderful! I asked about a new item the S'mores Bar and they were not pushy at all. They explained it was a replacement for the s'mores dessert pizza and, in their opinion, was even better than the previous pizza AND better than the cinnamon wheel. Anyone who has eaten here before can confirm this is a bold claim, as the cinnamon wheel is top notch cuisine, but I was intrigued. In the end, they actually advised me not to purchase the bar as it would be too much for a single person to eat, and I appreciated their candor tremendously! I always get the thin crust Chicken Mediterranian pizza and would highly recommend it, along with the wonderful staff at this location!"

"If you're thinking about ordering from a Papa Murphy's be a doordash or GrubHub or any other third party delivery service, understand that they do not set drivers up for success they don't have a good way of packaging their product for delivery they basically just hand you these flimsy trays loosely covered in cellophane, I am shocked that they haven't come up with a better way to protect a customer's food especially under the covid-19 environment we live in now, it was shocking. So if you're going to order doordash or GrubHub I would recommend not ordering from Papa Murphy's"

"Do NOT eat a this location! It has really gone down hill since the new owner has taken over! I asked the gentleman at the register if it was his first time running a register because he was really having a hard time ringing up a basic pizza.He was very rude and told me he was the owner! The owner doesn't even know how to run his own register. I than seen the so called owner start making pizza without washing his hands and no gloves.. I feel sorry for his staff. They are always working so hard and it seems they are always short staffed. It's heart breaking to see a restaurant that used to be very pleasant to go and get a pizza. To what it has become.. The pizza I received had sauce all over it. The other pizza I ordered was a garden veggie. I watched them make it and when they used there hands to put on my veggies. There was water pouring off there hands and dripping right on my pizza. I took it home and they both baked terribly. My garden veggie was so soggy. I will never be returning to this location. Papa Murphy's needs to find a new owner! This place is still a joke."

"Well... So much for my childhood. I grew up on Papa Murphy 's. It 's been years since I had it and I finally remembered their Tuesday deals! I ordered a regular olive and sausage pizza and they had it ready about 10 minutes early. Great! When I grabbed it off the rack, however, the crust looked VERY thin for a regular crust pizza. I asked the employees if it was supposed to look like that. They then proceeded to lie to my face, telling me it will puff up in the oven. As you can see, it did not. This is a thin crust pizza (with very skimpy toppings) and I 'm disappointed. Won 't be returning."

"I have been to this Papa Murphy’s twice in the last two weeks. Both times they closed before their hour of 8 o’clock saying they just wanted to close.They were rude, condescending, disrespectful, and if it was my restaurant at fire all of them. I would love to have the manager call me. I am very disappointed in this establishment. I have been to Papa Murphy’s in Fort Worth and Arkansas and we’re treated very well unlike this restaurant, I see the sign that says start your own franchise From now on I’ll call ahead and find out what their when what time they wanna close that day so I can get there before they come up with that excuse. Very disappointing VERY. Is there a no manager on duty at your establishment? I am not the only one that was treated that way both times others walked in behind us were treated the same way. I would love to have the owner call me and explain to me why anybody would be treated this way."

"Please never close this place down! These are the best pizzas I've ever had! The ingredients are incredibly fresh. I tried the stuffed pizza today, and the prices are fantastic! On Tuesdays, any pizza, regardless of size or toppings, is only $10.00 (stuffed and pan pizzas are excluded). You simply take it home and bake it, ensuring a delicious, hot pizza every time. It's definitely worth the drive to get one of these pizzas. The young staff members are also delightful, refreshing, and very professional. Keep up the great work!"
