"If you're thinking about ordering from a Papa Murphy's be a doordash or GrubHub or any other third party delivery service, understand that they do not set drivers up for success they don't have a good way of packaging their product for delivery they basically just hand you these flimsy trays loosely covered in cellophane, I am shocked that they haven't come up with a better way to protect a customer's food especially under the covid-19 environment we live in now, it was shocking. So if you're going to order doordash or GrubHub I would recommend not ordering from Papa Murphy's"

Maybe an off night but the pizza toppings on the chicken med pizza were fairly skimpy. The $10 Tuesday deal brought in a crowd so maybe they were just resource strained. Only 4 stars today.

Very good take and bake pizza. Nice to see a local place hiring local high school kids. The service is friendly and polite. The pizza's are very good with lots of choices. Great deals like $10 Tuesdays when all large pizzas are only $10 I'm a fan and definitely recommend you try it. View menu

I want to share my experience at this restaurant. While the entry states that all gratuities are shared among eligible staff, I learned tonight that the owners keep all cash tips. Seriously, is this how a business owner in Highlands Ranch operates? Do they believe that the tips we leave are going to the hardworking staff? What’s going on?

Overcharged...Ordered a large pizza for $13, signs specified family size is $3 more. Was charged $18 and asked why not $16...per the signage. Pretty basic math. Two young girls working there had no answer other than to come back and talk to the manager the following day. Told that’s the way the register rang it up. Not sure why they are not empowered enough to process a refund for $2 or take down the signs/advertising that reflect an inaccurate price.
