"Called in on a Friday night around 7 p.m. around 8:15 p.m. still no delivery called back and ask about my order after about 10 minutes of holding and the person asking me multiple questions she came back on and said that for some reason the order must have never printed. So two and a half hours later after the original call no discount offered no apology no anything other than oh well the ticket didn't print. The fries were soggy and one of the the gyro was made incorrectly, no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Completely disatisfiedThen after 30 minutes another delivery driver shows up with another order, smh I inform him we got our order 30 minutes ago. He don't believe me asks me to show receipt. I show him the receipt and he says oh OK and leaves. Didn't offer the food or nothing. We order from here 2 or 3 times a week but after this were good.Updated the female General manager reached out to us via phone and listened to our concerns. She checked the system and realize that we order frequently from this location. She offered us a free meal plus a $10 coupon on to the next order. We contacted her about 3 days after her contacting us and she kept her word and even personally delivered our food. She apologized once again. This shows a lot of respect and went a long way. Out of 75 times that we have ordered here we have only had one issue and hope that they continue to focus on quality food and great customer service."

"My husband and I had the opportunity to dine at this Karaba's today for lunch. When we came in the restaurant was practically empty so I knew that there would be no problem getting seated quickly. And we were seated quickly by a hostess who did not have the most welcoming attitude at all. After pursuing the 72 empty table, she finally put us at one and say this is OK we just said yes and sat down. A very nice young man with a Boston accent, greeted us at the table and took our drink, orders, appetizer order food order dessert order because I already had in my mind what I was going to get! Then the fun began THE Food Pretty much just horrible. Starting with the bread which is a sad way to start a celebration but my spring pear drink was good. The new pasta on the spring menu I ordered with the chicken. The chicken was delicious. However, the vegetables were practically raw and there was enough undercooked pasta to feed force people next with over cooked pasta to feed a few more I couldn't even find the chicken. I brought it home. I don't know why I'll probably feed it to the dog. I ordered minestrone soup tasted like canned soup with water horrible? Well, how about dessert? I ordered the chocolate brownie, I could've made it in my house with that little Debbie snack cake a can of Cool Whip and some Hershey syrup. I don't know what happened to Carabbas I had a party there last year about the same time of year and I received a $100 gift card to spend this year. I've been saving it for an entire year and I spent it today plus extra money. Mostly on wine and drinks. I think Carabbas is trying to get their money from the bar scene sad The employees were too busy complaining about their jobs to either each other, or their friends teaching might work for the most part. Except for the waiters. They were doing a fabulous job delivering the dismal tood 30 minutes So split my two stars, please one for the waiters one for the food prep people that didn't seem to be doing some thing at least. The man with the label was working the girl with the salad made an excellent salad and the best dressing along with the best dipping sauce I've ever had at any Carabbas anywhere. Oops I hit the four star. I'm not going to change it so give a couple stars to the people that keep the air conditioning on and the lights turned up. I guess my brain decided that one more person to serve the star, so give it to that person that works there who walks around like a zombie I don't know her name because she need some cheering up. Maybe the business owner will actually read this whole review and give me a call. I know when I owned a business that's what I always did. Have a nice day."

"One's first impression is this is not a dine-in restaurant. Inside, we were led to a small isle of about six tables along street facing windows. We were seated at one of those, a scarred wooden table and wooden chairs with cracked plastic seat cushions. While waiting for a fourth guest to arrive, we ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer. The wine list was minimal, but I chose what appeared to be their best offering, a Brunello di Montalcino from an unfamiliar producer. Our server first brought a wrong bottle, not the Brunello, and went back for the correct one. When she inserted her waiter's corkscrew, the cork immediately began to crumble, not a sign of good storage. She left with the bottle, presumably to get a different one, but another employee returned with the same bottle, apparently having more expertise with opening wine bottles. I expressed concern about the dry cork and asked if the bottle had been stored upright instead of on its side? She said all their wines were stored upright! I said to go ahead and see if the cork could be removed without crumbling into the wine, and I would taste it to determine if it was still good. Fortunately, the rest of the cork was removed and appeared to have maintained a secure seal between the wine and air. There was no off taint on the nose and it tasted free of oxidation- OK to drink. Our calamari appetizer arrived and we were pleasantly surprised after our initial impressions. The calamari rings were lightly breaded, perfectly prepared and served with a very flavorful and nicely spiced dipping sauce. Our fourth guest arrived and we ordered our entrees. We had never received a bread basket, which was finally noticed by another employee. Three of us had different pasta dishes and the fourth chose salmon with vegetables. Those of us with pasta, all enjoyed our meals; but my other guest thought her salmon was too bland. Bottom line: Food was good, service was poor, and not for wine lovers."
