"Terrible experience. While the staff behind the counter were attentive to their cash register, none of the five employees within four feet of me acknowledged my presence, despite looking in my direction multiple times. One even walked back and forth to the counter, glanced at me, and then continued to assist a woman who was literally just three feet away. The lack of masks was also concerning, especially since I was wearing one myself. It felt like a rude oversight, and certainly not a customer-focused approach. This is not how I believe customers should be treated. To make matters worse, I was the only person in the café. I typically give places a second chance, but in this case, I won’t, as any of the five employees could have helped me or at least offered a simple acknowledgment like, "I'll be right with you." Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I will definitely advise others to avoid wasting their time and money here. There are plenty of better options in Manchester."
