"I ordered the Upstate Rum Punch, which was a bit strong, but I managed to enjoy it. For an appetizer, we wanted the Smashed Potato Poutine, but they were out of it. Unfortunately, they only informed us of this after we tried to order. Instead, we opted for the Spinach Artichoke Dip, which was decent—neither outstanding nor terrible. However, they provided very few chips, which was a bit odd. For our main courses, I had the Chicken Sandwich while my companion chose the Beef Stew over Egg Noodles, along with a side of Honey Dijon Roasted Brussels Sprouts. I found both meals to be fairly average and underseasoned. The chicken sandwich had a nice texture and was cooked well, but it was quite bland. The beef stew was cooked decently, with tender meat, but it also lacked flavor. Overall, I felt the meals weren’t worth the price; even Chick-fil-A’s chicken sandwiches have more flavor. The Brussels sprouts were cooked nicely, but I wished they had more flavor as I couldn’t really taste the honey Dijon at all. After eating, I wanted to order a Chicken Salad Sandwich to take home, only to be informed that they were out of that as well, which was disappointing. We ended up ordering Lee Lee’s Chicken Sandwich to go, and my companion said it was pretty good—probably the best thing we had all day. All in all, I don’t think I would return. There are plenty of lunch options in Syracuse, and the flavors just didn't resonate with me. Perhaps I'll try brunch sometime in the future and will update my review then."

"We took advantage of a promotional coupon from their website for a free appetizer and started with the Pimento Cheese dip, which was served with fried naan bread. It was delicious! We also ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio, which was excellent. Water was poured for us right when we sat down, and we appreciated it when a full bottle was left at our table, unlike some places that wait for guests to request it. Now, onto the entrees, where things got a bit confusing. I ordered Cacio e Pepe, which is traditionally made with pasta, and the menu specified bucatini. However, our server James informed me that it would actually be gnocchi. I hesitated, as I’m not a big fan of gnocchi and was really craving pasta. In the end, I decided to give it a try. While it had good flavor, I genuinely believe it would have been better with the pasta. The gnocchi was quite heavy, so I ended up bringing most of it home for three more meals. My husband ordered the Pork Chop, which was amazing and perfectly cooked. However, once again, there was a discrepancy with the menu; it was supposed to come with savory carrots but instead had collard greens. The greens were excellent, but it was another case where the menu didn’t match the dish that arrived. Our server didn’t mention this change, and he may not have even been aware of it. Since I had a lot of my entree left over, we decided to indulge in dessert! My lemon bar was absolutely fantastic; I took a couple of bites and saved the rest for later since I was getting full. Everything tasted wonderful the next day. My husband ordered the cheesecake, which was supposed to be served with fresh fruit, but instead, it came with fruit puree. He loved the cheesecake nonetheless. To finish off our dinner, we shared the special show drink, Tootsie. Overall, this place is really great. The staff is excellent, the ambiance is inviting, and the food is very good. However, a simple attention to detail—like ensuring that the food matches the menu descriptions—would really enhance the experience (for example, specifying vegetables instead of just mentioning carrots). We would definitely consider coming back, especially given its proximity to the theater, the wonderful staff, and the tasty food. It’s a winning combination!"
