"We took advantage of a promotional coupon from their website for a free appetizer and started with the Pimento Cheese dip, which was served with fried naan bread. It was delicious! We also ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio, which was excellent. Water was poured for us right when we sat down, and we appreciated it when a full bottle was left at our table, unlike some places that wait for guests to request it. Now, onto the entrees, where things got a bit confusing. I ordered Cacio e Pepe, which is traditionally made with pasta, and the menu specified bucatini. However, our server James informed me that it would actually be gnocchi. I hesitated, as I’m not a big fan of gnocchi and was really craving pasta. In the end, I decided to give it a try. While it had good flavor, I genuinely believe it would have been better with the pasta. The gnocchi was quite heavy, so I ended up bringing most of it home for three more meals. My husband ordered the Pork Chop, which was amazing and perfectly cooked. However, once again, there was a discrepancy with the menu; it was supposed to come with savory carrots but instead had collard greens. The greens were excellent, but it was another case where the menu didn’t match the dish that arrived. Our server didn’t mention this change, and he may not have even been aware of it. Since I had a lot of my entree left over, we decided to indulge in dessert! My lemon bar was absolutely fantastic; I took a couple of bites and saved the rest for later since I was getting full. Everything tasted wonderful the next day. My husband ordered the cheesecake, which was supposed to be served with fresh fruit, but instead, it came with fruit puree. He loved the cheesecake nonetheless. To finish off our dinner, we shared the special show drink, Tootsie. Overall, this place is really great. The staff is excellent, the ambiance is inviting, and the food is very good. However, a simple attention to detail—like ensuring that the food matches the menu descriptions—would really enhance the experience (for example, specifying vegetables instead of just mentioning carrots). We would definitely consider coming back, especially given its proximity to the theater, the wonderful staff, and the tasty food. It’s a winning combination!"

It felt as though we were being judged based on our attire, and I can't help but feel that this is discriminatory. Just because a restaurant has a specific vibe doesn't mean it should only welcome those in fancy clothes. This experience left me with the impression that the place might have some underlying issues with inclusivity. I was intrigued by the cauliflower steak on the menu, but the dish I received fell short of expectations. The cauliflower was undercooked, the rice was overcooked and there was an excessive amount compared to the cauliflower, the asparagus was tough, and the gravy lacked flavor. In contrast, my husband enjoyed his beef stew on noodles much more. It seems that the non-vegetarian dishes might be prepared with greater attention. My daughter ordered fries, but they weren't crispy either. Overall, it turned out to be a hefty bill for a meal that was quite disappointing. We won't be returning.

We had a wonderful evening with our loved ones. We kicked things off with some signature cocktails and appetizers. Our group of eight ordered a variety of dishes, including salmon, NY Strip, a fish sandwich, a chicken sandwich, and mac and cheese, all of which were delicious. Our server, Faith, provided excellent customer service and had the sweetest personality. We celebrated a couple of birthdays and shared a slice of cheesecake to top off the meal. I can’t wait to come back! Wishing a happy and healthy New Year to all the staff and fellow patrons. Thank you for making our evening with family so memorable.
