"We really wanted to love this place. When you walk in, it’s a beautiful space. The restaurant is quite large. We were seated in a comfortable area and had lots of space around us very COVID safe. We ordered the chips guac to start. The guacamole was good but topped with large, uneven chunks of raw onion. The chips were tasty but very thin and broke in half when you tried to dip into the guacamole. We ordered the Pixie Smash and Blood Orange Gimlet. Pixie Smash was super strong heavy on the bourbon. The Blood Orange Gimlet was very tasty. We both ordered the Short Rib Colorado as the main. Huge portion of meat on a plate of onion. Onions were a weird touch weren’t really seasoned or cooked well. The meat was good but felt random on the pile of onions. Side of asparagus was overly salty. Cilantro rice was tasty. Overall, meal was very just okay. Felt wrong paying so much for a very mediocre meal. Would not dine here again for dinner"
