"I really wanted to love this place but it came up short. The french onion soup was so salty it was inedible. The waiter asked what I thought of the soup and when I told him all he said was sorry. No offer of something else or not charging me for something I couldn't eat. They do a weird thing with their butter where it sits in olive oil and is drizzled with balsamic. I think they think this is sophistcated but it's just a strange mix. My wife had the halibut bites that were ok but salty....just not as salty as my soup. I had the border burguer which was good. The only thing was that I asked that the aioli be placed on the side but it came spreas on both buns. The fries were also very good. The waiter was extremely softspoken and we couldn't hear half of what he said."

"The place for an old culinary experience. A true steak house in the classic sense of the word. The Sinatra soundtrack gives the retro-decor an even more authentic atmosphere. White glove service begins the meal with a bread basket filled with soft pulp and crisp garlic bread. Beautiful extensive wine list. The Caesar salad was cold, crisp and perfectly dressed, then with crispy garlic croutons. Selection of steaks and typical pages. selection of potatoes, Mac cheese, Brussels sprouts, spinach etc. Rice balls as an appetizer were nice. The food was delicious. I'd never eat here again. All our steaks were cooked to perfection, slightly seasoned and served with a professionalism that was rarely seen in these days. Don't miss the meal at Murray if you're ever in Minneapolis."

"Stopped by this awesome homey restaurant in a huge car rest stop near Exit 34 of CA 60 E Pomona Freeway and IT WAS FANTASTIC. I got a full rest refueled myself with yummy Italian dishes, while my car was parked in a tree shaded spot which there are many! This place serves really nice Italian cuisine with European pub vibes atmosphere inside (I LOVE THIS FEELING SINCE WALKING IN OMG) Lovely music, partitioned seatings, dim lighting, great food smell, wine shelf, vintage restroom, etc.. Here are the cheat sheet if you are blank of what to order: ? starter cheesy garlic bread: perfect seasoning, crispy thin crust ? main low cal salmon: juicy tender salmon with nicely grilled veggies chicken masala: my favorite pasta OMG lasagna: soft properly cooked cheesy ? side (comes with main) Julie's wedding soup: delicious soup with a lot of ingredients salad (ranch, Italian dressing): fresh mix of your favorites ? drink Italian soda: carbonated creamy very yummm The staff here are all really nice and made me feel at home. This is a very impressive unique feeling to experience at a restaurant.. I'm sure you'll be blessed with food and love here!!"

"I typically don't write reviews unless I have something positive to share, but my experience today was exceptionally disappointing. The manager, Jenny, was quite rude. We waited a long time for our food despite the parking lot not being busy, and we had parked right at the front. When my steak finally arrived, it was very cold. The waitress was apologetic and said they would remake it for us. Given the long wait, she offered to remove the cold steak from our bill. When she brought the new plate, she apologized again. However, when we received our bill, I saw I was charged for the second plate. The manager explained that she removed the charge for the cold steak but had to charge me for the second one since I had eaten it. She insisted that only she had the authority to adjust the bill, not the waitress. I explained that I hadn’t eaten it because I wasn’t hungry anymore, to which she responded, “I’ll take it off, but leave it on the table!” She raised her voice and rolled her eyes at me, which I found completely unacceptable from a manager. I've never experienced anything like it before. I left the steak on the table and decided I would never return."

"We found Listrani's catering menu online, and reached out to see if they could do a last minute catering delivery for a school trip in McClean. They were super flexible, accepted our tax-free school EIN, and accommodated our changing schedule at the very last minute. We had 30 high school students and chaperones, and purchased two orders of Chicken Tenders and Fries, one pan of macaroni and cheese, one large Caesar Salad, and Listrani's even through in some Foccacio on the house. We were here on a coach bus, so they delivered to our hotel, and included all of the paper products and condiments we needed for free. The food was delicious, affordable, ample, and the students all approved. If you are visiting the area and looking for an easy big group order, your best choice is Listrani's! Kid-friendliness: For large group school/team catering, they have delicious chicken fingers, fries, and macaroni and cheese that even the adults will like!"

"This review only pertains to the food at Max Brenner. I went there on a Thursday night with one of my friends for dinner. Reservations are pretty easy to get, probably because it's in the winter. Their menu is quite varied so there is something for everybody. There's also an elaborate dessert menu which we haven't tried. (By the way, I checked the reviews of the crêpes, which I was interested in, on yelp and the reviews are mixed. So be aware. I was feeling basic so I ordered a chicken quesadilla. The chicken was a good quality, as was the rest of it. The price tag is a bit high for what it is but this is New York "

"Considering the restaurant wasn't very full/crowded, the food took so long to come out. Our reservation was at 6 PM and we didn't leave until after 9. Also, there was a couple mistakes with the food, like our wings appetizer being sent to the wrong table, so it took longer to get that appy since they had to remake it. Then for my dad's free birthday cookie, we had chosen a caramel sauce but the kitchen put raspberry sauce on it instead, so they had to also make another one with the sauce we originally wanted, and again that extended our stay in the restaurant and not in a good way. The server herself was great and informed us when the food is taking long. But yeah. It was sloooow."

"The service was friendly and quick. I found the donuts to be quite overpriced, but perhaps that's just how things are in San Francisco. The twisted donut I ordered seemed under-proofed or undercooked. At $3.75 for that donut, I didn't feel it was worth the price. Maybe their other flavors are better."

"We have visited the Four Points Sheraton O'Hare Hotel for the past four years, dining each time at the Mirage Restaurant. Today, our server, Robert, continued the trend of friendly staff who made us feel very welcome! Our family of five ordered several dishes to share, including the 747 Club Sandwich Bruschetta, which is shown in the attached photos. The sandwich was already delicious on its own, but adding the house BBQ sauce really took it to the next level! It came with large fries that actually tasted like potatoes, unlike the tiny fries served at many other places. Four of us tried the Bruschetta, and we all loved it. Our meals were accompanied by a basket of rolls that perfectly complemented our experience. Not shown in the photos was the Chicken Rice soup, which was packed with flavor—dipping the rolls in the soup was definitely the way to go! We also ordered the kids' Chicken Strip basket, which had generous portions and came with sherbet, making it a big hit with the kids. There was nothing left on their plates! Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience. Robert was attentive and made sure everything was going smoothly. If we lived in the area, I have no doubt that we would return more than once a year!"

"The menu has a good variety of options, and the beer is served ice cold. It's not extravagant, but it definitely satisfies. I ordered the ribeye, which was tasty; it was slightly over medium rare, but I didn’t mind. The mashed potatoes were just like the ones I grew up with—hearty and filling. The vegetables were cooked perfectly as well."

"The food was good, but not outstanding. It felt similar to what you’d find at places like The Friendly Toast, and it didn't exceed my expectations. I could have rated it a five if the food had been exceptional, but it was just good, not great. The staff was adequate, but nothing remarkable, which contributed to our overall impression. On the bright side, the cups for the hot chocolate were amazing, and we even purchased two from the shop. However, for my daughter's birthday lunch, there was nothing done to make her feel special. I had made a reservation and informed the hostess about the occasion, so a simple gesture like a birthday hot chocolate or a cupcake with a candle would have been appreciated. Perhaps this is a tactic to encourage dessert sales. Considering all this, we probably won't travel into town for lunch here again, and I doubt we'd return even if we were nearby."

"We were in town for a gymnastics meet and came here for supper and it was the best steak i ever had but that was the only highpoint. Our service was horrible the waiter said he was new but even if you are new common sense tells you to stop by another time after the order was taken. We never saw our waiter again after he took our order until I yelled sir and he finally came over. I had to ask the manager to refill our drinks,he was super sweet. They were out of mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. Charged me for a kids drink that was included with kids meal. All in all def not worth $63 price tag, will not be returning and wont recommend."

"Great dinner again. Second dinner this week at Chatham House, when we arrived restaurant was very busy. We ordered a drink at the bar while we waited for a table only took about ten minutes to be seated not bad for south Florida dining on a weekend We brought a friend with us who had never been here before. We all enjoyed our dinners very much. Service was excellent and paced just right. If you’re looking for a rushed dinner you won’t find it here It is nice to be able to relax between courses and have conversations Food was excellent service was excellent and we will definitely return on our next visit to the area"

"The food at this restaurant was good, but the service was lacking. When I informed the host that we had a reservation at 6pm, he seemed confused and asked if it was for 2 or 6 people. He then directed us to two tables against the wall, standing by one of them as if we had to sit there. One of the tables was missing a chair, which we had to fetch ourselves from a nearby table since the host had walked away. Our sodas were served in 12-ounce cans, which was surprising considering the $2 charge - we expected fountain drinks. The host, not our waitress, brought us our sodas and also asked if we still wanted our water. We had to request refills on water and silverware as well, while other tables had these items taken care of without having to ask. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for our anniversary dinner."

"We arrived early to fully savor a romantic evening, and the staff was very pleasant, albeit a bit chilly since we came in right at opening. I tried the beef stroganoff, and I must confess, it was even better than my mom's! I was more than happy to pay the price after such a delicious meal. My wife ordered the lasagna, and as an excellent cook herself, she loved it as well. While it is a bit pricey, we all know that costs are rising everywhere. If you can't afford quality food, it's better to stay home and cook. Be sure to leave a good tip because the staff is working hard to ensure you enjoy your experience and clean up after you. Thank you, Dockside, for a wonderful dinner date. We left with smiles all around!"

"Sorry this post does not contains photos as I was to hungry, what I can say food was delicious. I visit the place around 5pm place have a few tables occupied which makes the atmosphere more quiet, plenty of room, place was surrounded with the food aroma, Waitress were very polite, I had spicy chicken shawarma, which was tender, a little bit condiment not on the bad side just to give you an idea what to expect. Rice was good, I think is one of those places to get lunch while at work. Will try again."
