"We were in town for a gymnastics meet and came here for supper and it was the best steak i ever had but that was the only highpoint. Our service was horrible the waiter said he was new but even if you are new common sense tells you to stop by another time after the order was taken. We never saw our waiter again after he took our order until I yelled sir and he finally came over. I had to ask the manager to refill our drinks,he was super sweet. They were out of mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. Charged me for a kids drink that was included with kids meal.All in all def not worth $63 price tag,will not be returning and wont recommend."

Went in had a couple of drinks and the manager cut us off we were not be loud or obnoxious either he didn't like latinos or he was just overly an **** I would not recommend this establishment. Basically a chilis labeling itself as a chop house

This was our first time at this restaurant. Food was amazing but even more impressive was the staff. So friendly from the manager greeting us at the front door to Our waitress who was awesome. Very sweet, polite and attentive. When we visit Franklin again, this will be our “go to” for a great meal!!! View menu

I went with 2 friends, one had a pasta dish and said it was ok, one had a catfish dinner that was disgusting and he left most of it on his plate,I had a ribeye that looked like flank steak ,dried out broccoli and a sweet potato dish that was full of brown sugar.we told the waiter and the catfish dinner was offered a discount .Really ,very disappointing .Won't be returning there.

We have traveled the world and this Franklin chop house is absolutely one of the best..Outstanding service considerate kind caring..and coupled with a wonderful to my direction Martini....absolutely perfect...the food was super delicious and a great bang for your buck extremely reasonable and you can't beat the taste anywhere...thank you for being such a pleasant surprise in our travelsMike Maria

Two grilled pork chops, mashed sweet taters, cole slaw, and two drinks, excellent. My wife had the rattlesnake chicken. That is a spicy pasta sauce! and very good. Finished off with a rather large slice of cheese cake and strawberry cobbler for the lady. That's date night done right.Back again, dinner for 6. I ordered the prime rib, red beans and rice and salad. Salad with blue cheese and the red beans and rice were good! The prime rib was tough, I chewed about three or four pieces and put it back on the plate because it was so tough. I left at least one half of the prime rib on my plate. When the server came to remove our plates I showed her the meat I had chewed on and put back on the my plate plus the 1/2 prime rib left on my plate. She did not comment. Our waitress was very sweet and efficient!

This place is always busy. Food is pretty good. Has a very regular crowd any reasonably priced menu. So for what you get I gave it a little bit lower rating but I wouldn't hesitate to go there. I will try some more things next time I'm in there but my first experience was at the food was okay, drinks were cold. They were a little understaffed for the traffic they had and there was a line at the door. So maybe I'm missing something. Put it on your list if you need something in the Franklin area. But they do a good job doing what they do.
