"I thought $400 for three people for a Thanksgiving buffet would entail fine dining where the room was actually heated, the food was hot, and there would be some music piped in. The atmosphere was that of a food court at a shopping mall. Children screaming, running between tables, so cold I had to wear my outer ware jacket the whole meal. The food really was boring. The noise level of the customers very, very loud. Gave up trying to have a conversation with my family. Ate a plate of cold food and left as soon as we could. NEVER, NEVER again."
