"I would not recommend hosting your private event at this venue. They are extremely disorganized; my emails bounced back, and I received conflicting information regarding my booking. Although I was initially assured of certain arrangements, when the week of the party arrived, they presented a different story. There was no contract provided, and all communication was done over the phone since their email system was unreliable. This lack of documentation led to numerous unfulfilled promises. Fortunately, I managed to get a refund and found another place to host my event at the last minute, but the entire experience was a major hassle."
