"My wife and I stayed in one of the cozy cabins from July 2nd to 4th, and we were truly impressed with both the staff and the facilities. There was a little confusion regarding our check-in date; the records showed we were supposed to check in on July 1st, and I was concerned I might have to pay for a night we didn't stay. However, the wonderful gentleman named Sabby who handled our check-in kindly waived the fee. We were so satisfied with our experience that we’ve already reserved two cabins for our family in August upon checking out. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent! Thank you for an unforgettable experience, and keep up the fantastic work!"

Fantastic inn located in North Conway, right next to the Saco River. The rooms are quite pleasant, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room rating: 4/5.

Did a family vacation here and staff and central location were great. We had one of the cabins and it smelled like cigarettes, had dated furniture and old saggy mattresses, and mold on the ceiling.Rooms: 3/5 View menu

This place is fading, I'm sure it is heyday,It was elegant and had its positives. It needs a total makeover and updating to be able to continue to command the type of prices that they were used to getting. I wish them luck. They will have to face reality soon!!Rooms: 2/5

We have been staying here for 4 years now, and it has always been lovely. Good location, near-isheverything, the river access is great, pool is great, breakfast was fine, cookies were yum. Over-all, good family place to stay.People are too picky. Youre in NH, just relaaax and enjoy the beautiful mountains ??

I really have no complaints aside from only one set of jets working on hot tub. They helped us when our other hotel was full of bugs and was dirty. Coming here was a major step up and a lot cheaper too. The food is good but the cookies are delicious. The king loft suite is clean and very spacious for my family.Rooms: 5/5 View menu

We went mid October and the hotel was very quiet. Does not serve food in the evening but a 10 mins drive either side of the hotel has plenty of restaurants. Free breakfast of varying quality depending on where it is served depends on how full the hotel is Cookies are baked fresh daily and you can always help yourself to coffee. free wi fi and parking. We had a room at the back overlooking the lake. Friendly staff.

I had a fantastic experience during my visit! The food and service were exceptional. The cabins were pleasant, and the view of the Saco River was stunning. There are many activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. I particularly loved the coffee and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies – such a delightful addition! The staff was extremely friendly, with a special shoutout to Abigail and Andrew. Overall, I would give the rooms a perfect 5 out of 5!

"As a local, this was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant in the valley. Not only a local but someone who also works in hospitality and in the valley. The bartender, Bryan, was our server. Slow evening maybe 8 people at the bar top and two other tables. I order the NY sirloin and asked for it midrare. When our dinners came out the steak was over cooked and I asked for a new steak to be cooked to the temp I requested. Immediately I got attitude from the bartender telling me I was wrong and the temp was cooked to a mid to midwell temp. He was correct, it was, but I had asked for midrare. 30 mins later he brought my dinner back out and by this time my husband and son are done with their dinner and I'm no longer willing to wait and make my family wait. I then asked for a To-go box because not only was I was just disgusted with the attitude I was given but also how long I had to wait for a remake. When I asked for a box, more attitude from the bartender. Being someone who works in hospitality and has for the past 10 years I was taken back. I know the customer is not always right, but sometimes they are. I told him I no longer wanted the meal and asked for it to be removed from my bill. He refused and told me I was paying for it, even though I wasn't going to eat it. He then took it off the bill and gave the meal to a guest at the bar while also talking about me. I've recommended this restaurant to plenty of other people, off of experiences from family and friends who live in the area and have eaten here. After this first hand experience I will not be recommending this establishment nor will I return."
