"For the main course, we ordered the cioppino, which was packed with seafood like mussels, crab, shrimp, and scallops in a tomato-based sauce with pasta. The flavor was pleasant, but I found myself wishing it was a bit spicier. Then again, I haven’t tried many other cioppinos, so this might be typical.
The service was very friendly. At first, the waiter came off a bit rough, but I think he was just trying to be funny. The staff was attentive throughout our meal. Overall, while the food and service were fine, there are so many other restaurants in San Francisco that I’d prefer to explore. Perhaps after trying a few more cioppinos, I’ll have a better frame of reference to compare this one."
