"Excellent ! We loved the food and the drinks! Innovative and interesting menu and the dishes are as tasty as they sound. Four of us shared a sampler appetizer plate, Mantoo, A vegetarian plate, and Beef Kofta kabob with saffron rice. The portions were ample, but not huge, and had distinctive, well balanced flavors. We will be back!"

"After attempting to visit two different restaurants on this street that were both closed on a Friday, we were delighted to find this one open. The owner was incredibly friendly and eager to serve us. I ordered the Hu Tieu, while my husband opted for the wonton soup. Priced at $10 a bowl, it really satisfied our cravings. The restaurant is quite spacious, likely accommodating weddings and parties, but due to the owner’s warmth and the good quality of the soup, I would rate it five stars. While it may not be the best soup I’ve ever tasted, it definitely isn’t the worst either."

"Oyabun Sushi offers outstanding sushi rolls. They provide generous slices of sushi, and the tuna is incredibly buttery. The interior is sleek, modern, and newly renovated, which I really appreciated. The restaurant is quite spacious, too. They even have a dish called the sushi tower, which features a staircase made entirely of sushi rolls and nigiri. The service is exceptional; they regularly refill water without you having to ask, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, the fish is fresh, and it's a delightful place for dinner."

"We started with the Japanese oysters, which were nothing short of divine, followed by a tri-toro (tuna) jewel box featuring fatty tuna, chutoro (medium fatty tuna), and akami (regular bluefin tuna), topped with salmon roe and a quail egg. Oh my goodness... it was so delicious! We also enjoyed various tunas as nigiri sushi, a spicy salmon avocado roll, a California roll, more fatty tuna, and even a sea snail served in its shell. All of this paired beautifully with a large bottle of unfiltered sake from their well-stocked sake bar. It was an incredible sushi experience, truly one of a kind in the US."

"So I tried to give this place a second chance. Apparently they always have a rice shortage when I come in. I hope is not because of my race that they keep turning down to serve Me. They always have an excuse as to why they can tend to me. But at this point I do feel like is about race. It is a shame. "Tidy 2nd Generation Korean Hwe jjip I would highly recommend! I didn't expect much when I visited this restaurant. Especially after reading earlier negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and value. Many Korean hwe jjip restaurants give a huge amount of secondary dishes only to create an illusion of great value when many times most of these secondary dishes go unaffected in garbage. My visit here was completely different. There were fewer secondary dishes, but I and 3 others ended every single meal that was served. Fish and seafood are fresh and ready for point, while all secondary dishes were deliciously prepared. A certain must if you love Korean food if you have done the tofus and kbbqs, you need to try Korean seafood. It's a culinary experience."
