"We started with the Japanese oysters, which were nothing short of divine, followed by a tri-toro (tuna) jewel box featuring fatty tuna, chutoro (medium fatty tuna), and akami (regular bluefin tuna), topped with salmon roe and a quail egg. Oh my goodness... it was so delicious!
We also enjoyed various tunas as nigiri sushi, a spicy salmon avocado roll, a California roll, more fatty tuna, and even a sea snail served in its shell. All of this paired beautifully with a large bottle of unfiltered sake from their well-stocked sake bar. It was an incredible sushi experience, truly one of a kind in the US."
