"I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:15 and placed my order. After pulling up and paying, I anticipated receiving my food promptly. However, by 9:40, I found myself waving to the cashier, who merely gestured for me to wait. She then informed me that they were closing soon. I couldn’t believe it—it's only 10 PM! You took my order and payment at 9:15, so how is it that my food isn’t ready yet? Eventually, a third staff member handed me my cold food from the counter and seemed annoyed that I dared to place an order so close to closing time. This experience was incredibly rude and a clear demonstration of poor customer service. I certainly won’t be coming back."
