I am consistently let down by my orders. My food arrived cold, and you forgot the okra again! This has happened every single time I've ordered from you. There always seems to be some sort of mistake. It's extremely frustrating.

Absolutely fantastic! You must try the corn nuggets, and if you're a fan of liver, make sure to give that a try, too. The portion sizes are generous; I was able to divide mine into two meals. Everything was incredibly delicious and not excessively greasy.

The food here is superior in taste compared to KFC or El Pollo Loco. It's less greasy and has a slightly saltier flavor, although it is a bit more expensive. The service is impressively quick. However, I would appreciate it if they offered more than just two cheese sticks, as that’s a minor annoyance for me. View menu

The owner was working alongside the employees in the kitchen. It was really great thing to see! I only received half of my order, which meant I ended up paying $20 for food I never got. None of the dinners came with the roll or biscuit that were supposed to be included. To make matters worse, when I tried to call for assistance, no one answered. I expected some delays because of the weather, but I never thought I would be charged for items I didn’t receive. The spicy chicken strip at this location were delicious, but packed with sodium. The fries were good, but not exceptional. The biscuits were flaky, not dried out, and were tastier than KFC. The restaurant was clean enough to make the dining area adequate. The spicy chicken strip were perhaps the best that I have tried. If you are going to try them I'd recommend drinking plenty of water before and after and you should be fine. The employees were friendly and professional providing good customer service.

Got home with the wrong food and had to turn around and go back cause I spent 21 dollars on my whole meal which was just a 4 piece chicken and kids meal and I got a 2 piece fish meal. I returned to establishment and gave them the food back and a gentleman In front of me I’m assuming was his food cause he was waiting on it I heard the worker say “sir did you get the 2 piece fish” that food had made it to my home and my fingers touched his food at my home so I would recommend to avoid this place at all cost. I will not be returning I will take the extra drive down to chick fil a for my chicken from now on!

I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:15 and placed my order. After pulling up and paying, I anticipated receiving my food promptly. However, by 9:40, I found myself waving to the cashier, who merely gestured for me to wait. She then informed me that they were closing soon. I couldn’t believe it—it's only 10 PM! You took my order and payment at 9:15, so how is it that my food isn’t ready yet? Eventually, a third staff member handed me my cold food from the counter and seemed annoyed that I dared to place an order so close to closing time. This experience was incredibly rude and a clear demonstration of poor customer service. I certainly won’t be coming back. View menu
