"I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak, and I was quite disappointed. Instead of the thin slices of chicken mentioned in the description, I received large chunks of grilled chicken, which threw off the typical cheesesteak experience. By the time I reached the last quarter of the sandwich, there was no chicken left—just cheese, some sauce, and a few onions. The cheese sauce advertised turned out to be just slices of thick American cheese on top of the provolone. Additionally, the chipotle sauce left an odd aftertaste that I haven't encountered in any other chipotle sauce before. To top it off, I paid for a side of ranch that was missing from my order. I honestly can't remember the last time I was so let down by a meal. The dish didn't live up to its description, the flavors were unappealing, and they forgot an item I had paid for. This was my first experience at this restaurant, and I won't be coming back for a second."
