"The sandwich was tasty, but they forgot to include the bacon and used what I think was Swiss cheese instead of the orange cheese sauce I was expecting. Despite that, the sandwich still had good flavor. I ordered a double serving of regular fries, but they loaded them up incorrectly. Even though the order was messed up, the food was still enjoyable. I’ll give them another chance in the future, hoping they get my order right next time. I’m giving 3 stars because the food was good, but it wasn’t what I ordered. Additionally, the bag was torn open when it was left on my front step."

The brownie bites were priced at $10 for just an ordinary brownie, which I found quite misleading. The sandwich was also dry and lacking in flavor. View menu

"Our experience dining at this restaurant was less than ideal. The server who took our order seemed in need of more training. We ordered Masala dosa and chicken Biryani, but when the food was served, we requested some chutney for the dosa, which was not brought to us. Dosa is typically served with chutney, so it felt incomplete without it. Despite doing the necessary work, the server seemed to forget about our table, not coming back to offer us water a second time. When we finished our meal, he simply brought the check without addressing our previous request. When I reminded him about the missing chutney, he arrogantly replied that he was busy and therefore forgot. It was disappointing to see him only focusing on taking orders from other tables and neglecting our needs. If I had the option, I would give this restaurant a rating of 0 stars. "I'm so upset. I love Buono Bistro but last night was a horror show. We came here for my 30th birthday last night. We made reservations a couple days in advance for 6 pm. We arrive at 5:55pm and the hostess had no idea what was going on. She wrote down our name, that we had a 6pm reservation, then told us it will be a couple minutes. Super odd, a lot of other people at reservations and none of them were written down or anything. After 10 minutes we got seated. Then we proceeded to wait for our waitress who never showed up. After 20 minutes of waiting we asked another waitress why we didn't have a waitress, and she felt horrible, took our drinks and then it took another 20 minutes for our actual waitress to show up. She laughed and said sorry, are you ready to order food. Like yeah now that it's almost 7pm I'd like to eat something. As always the drinks and food were great, just not a good experience. My husband and I usually sit at the bar and have a great time."

"I was in the bar a few times (it still has to taste the café! but in my humble opinion LaRosa's has the best outdoor seating area in all Andover. It's like sitting in a small piece of the North End! Your cocktail selection is excellent, the waitress was always friendly and helpful. This is definitely a jewel of Andover."

"Had reservations Saturday night but still waited a half hour past our reservation for our table. The hostess suggested we wait at the bar but the bar was full so we waited outside. The food was good (fresh oysters, scallops, and filet) though not knock your socks off. At thay price point i want to be gushing about it. The acoustics of the place made the resto v loud. Overall it was fine, but not worth the high price and we are unlikely to return."
