"The sandwich was tasty, but they forgot to include the bacon and used what I think was Swiss cheese instead of the orange cheese sauce I was expecting. Despite that, the sandwich still had good flavor. I ordered a double serving of regular fries, but they loaded them up incorrectly. Even though the order was messed up, the food was still enjoyable. I’ll give them another chance in the future, hoping they get my order right next time. I’m giving 3 stars because the food was good, but it wasn’t what I ordered. Additionally, the bag was torn open when it was left on my front step."

"Here's a hidden gem in the Valley! The quality of the product is fantastic—gelato paired with delightful pastries. Everything is absolutely delicious; you really can’t go wrong with any choice. (Pro tip: Be sure to try the tiramisu—it’s amazing!) If you haven't experienced gelato before, think of it as ice cream but richer, thicker, and with more intense flavors, at least in my opinion. I deducted one star because it's a bit of a small, dimly lit space, and scooping ice cream can take some time. However, that deduction feels almost unfair. Just be patient—you won’t be disappointed!"

"Went for an impromptu early dinner. What a treat. Had beef samosas and a basket of assorted Indian breads as appetizers. Delicious. Continued with Fish Vindaloo Chicken Chilli Masala (requested both at medium spicy levels). Both dishes were excellent in my opinion, and I'm comparing to similar meals I have had in India. The accompanying rice was good, though small bowl frankly for two people. Continued with pistachio ice cream and a very, very, delicious rice pudding, which was not only refreshing but had a most subtle essence of cardamom. We will return soon and have recommended it to friends already."

"We recently visited Buono Bistro for the first time and discovered it to be a charming little place for a quiet dinner. We ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca and Chicken Picatta, and both dishes were absolutely delicious—truly mouthwatering—and the portions were quite generous. However, we were not very impressed with the staff. Our server was coughing over everything while preparing our drinks and seemed to be shortchanging us on our Martinis by pouring the leftover drink from the shaker instead of into a glass. My spouse ordered a dirty martini, but the server didn’t know how to make it properly. Whatever she did, it tasted terrible and made my spouse feel unwell. When the evening bartender arrived, she appeared quite unhappy, not smiling once and barely acknowledging us. It’s unfortunate because the venue seemed like a great local spot for gathering. We plan to return, hoping that the staff will be more cheerful next time!"

"After 30 minutes, I finally received my new dish, while my date had already finished hers. We still hadn't received the drinks. The new dish was decent, except for the scallops, which were, again, obviously frozen and inedible. I decided to remove them, and still no drinks. The waiter never came back to check on us, see if we needed anything, or even follow up on the drinks we had requested an hour earlier. They ended up bagging my leftover food and unfortunately included the discarded scallops. I’m really disappointed. I go out once a week to enjoy a good meal, and I don’t expect to spend $100 for service and food like this. It might have just been an off night since I’ve liked this place in the past, but I was shocked by the experience. Additionally, my first dish came out 20 minutes before my date's, and the replacement dish came an hour later. Please get your act together! "We go there a lot and this one time, felt the food was just OK. Most of the time it’s always excellent. I felt the waiter was not aware, but he was rushing us, my wife was still eating and I forget who it was but he came over and took my plate and asked my wife if she was done while she was eating Again, I don’t think he knew he was doing something wrong. He was just trying to stay in front of it. We ended up being there for 45 minutes and we’re both disappointed when we left we play a game when we leave we score our restaurant and we both felt it was like a strong six and it’s usually a strong nine from a scale from one to 10."
