"Wawa is my regular spot for quick drinks or snacks since it’s close to home, and I visit several times a week. One stormy night, I decided to order through Uber Eats, getting a pepperoni pizza, two subs for the next day’s lunch, and two donuts for dessert. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived half misshapen with no pepperoni, the sub was completely wrong, and the donuts were not the ones I ordered. I went back to the store feeling frustrated. The staff stayed calm and polite, promising to fix everything. They remade the pizza (though it wasn’t perfect), refunded my order, remade the sub, let me choose replacement donuts since the original ones weren’t available, and even gave me a free drink. Mario was the first team member I dealt with and was fantastic. The girl with blue hair and the one with a pixie cut who handled the refund were also very kind. Despite the rough start, these three employees went above and beyond to make things right and showed excellent customer service. Customer service can be tough, but they managed it perfectly!"
