"I don’t get it. Every dish is brown, served flat on a plate. The result is a meal that (even in other people’s photos here) is simply unappetizing to look at. Trout was thin and dry, with a corn-meal rub so thick the whole dinner tasted like popcorn. The “red pesto” was flavorless, and the sides were barely warm. Shrimp Grits were tasty, but over salted and the size of an appetizer. We spent $50 each, drank only water, and left hungry and disappointed. Also, we were COLD. The outside temperature was 56, and they still had the Ai rConditioner on full blast. Good service (from poorly dressed staff) was not enough to make up for the high cost and low flavor of the food. Last note — the menu did not offer a single vegetarian meal nor a single dairy-free dessert. Shame. Vegetarian options: NONE! Place is heavy on dairy (particularly desserts) and meat. "Went here on New Years the food really wasn't not worth the money. The cooks don't know how to cook a steak correctly. I ordered mine medium rare wasn't close more closer to medium well. My wife ordered hers medium and it was well done no pink. The service was good I liked our waitress she was good. The place is in the hotel where we stayed I wouldnt go back if I stayed there again. It is over priced for what you get rather of went to a different restaurants that I know make a good steak even. They are a little more money."

"Yesterday, I indulged in stopping in for a steak. I needed a treat. I came in just as they opened, and I have to say that from door to table and back again, the service was absolutely excellent. The employee who seated me was very friendly and welcoming, and the waitress was personable, thoughtful regarding my meal choices, and spot on in her results. Service of this quality enhances your dining experience. I had the porterhouse, because if you're going to indulge, might at well make it count. On the side I had a Caesar salad, mushrooms, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. Granted I was hungry and I tend to have quite the appetite, but aside from some mushrooms and the dinner roll, I finished the whole meal. Speaking of the dinner roll, now to the bread and butter of my review. How was the steak? Well, have I had or even made better steaks? Honestly, yes. But do I feel that this was a good steak and that I got my money's worth? Again, yes. You know that you are indulging when you go to a steakhouse. Acknowledging that given, the prices here are good for what it is. So if you are finding yourself like I was with a hankering for a steakhouse and a need to indulge but on a limited budget, so you're not gonna spring for Capital Grill or Chart House or such, know that I was not disappointed here and enjoyed my visit."

"We stopped here for breakfast after the previous disaster at the Cheesecake Factory, which is just opposite this place. We had two bottles of soda, a large coffee, two pots of fruit, a Bagel, a croissant and a yoghurt all for just over $30. There are tables outside, but we sat inside by the window taking in the taste of all the fresh stuff being cooked at the deli counter. I went back by myself later in the week for Coffee and breakfast. Excellent place and great value for money. Why I never visited every day of the holiday I guess I'll never really know."

"WARNING: be careful as you 're chewing the sandwich. You might experience some dirt or sand in it and they will not care. I just bought a hummus and avocado sandwich along with vegetarian chili. My almost last bite of the sandwich as I was chewing it. I felt like I was eating sand. I told the manager lady and she gave me a completely crazy response. She said well that hasn 't happened with any of the other customers. That doesn 't matter. Obviously there 's dirt or sand getting in there somehow. Telling me that other people haven 't is a stupid response. I 'm your customer right now and I just experienced distress from eating sand in your sandwich. I paid 10 bucks for a sandwich and you tell me basically So what? Other people have not had this happen to them.... Maybe they just don 't tell you because they 've already walked away and are eating the sandwich in the office. Maybe they just haven 't told you because they spit it out and they don 't care untiyou because it 's not important to them. I was trying to help you and it wasn 't seeking any compensation. Better customer service would be to take my concern seriously and say: oh, I am so sorry that happened. I will personally look into it. Is there some thing I can give you like a treat or cookie or one of the desserts to make it up to you? But sadly she lost an opportunity to have a repeat customer.... "I went here with my friends on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at around 6 PM. We were brought to a booth and immediately greeted with a bad attitude from our server, who’s name I believe was Lily A. We had asked to split the check just a minute after we said not to, because we had a money issue. She proceeded to tell us off, saying that we can’t and it’s our issue because we didn’t say it at first. Throughout the whole time we were there, she would always come back and show disrespect. Once we ordered, she waved her hand, motioning for us to hand her the menus with a glare on her face. We only ordered two dishes to split between the four of us because we were not that hungry, and just were eager to get out of there after seeing her attitude. Every time she would walk away from our seats, she would stare one of us down, giving us a nasty look. I am beyond disappointed with the service at this location and will certainly never be coming back."

"I've always been a big fan of O Charlies. I end my wife, we have a stressful auto shopping experience and decided to take a break and eat here. It was the best FOOD I ever had!! Everything was perfect. The part that stood most to me was the staff. My server and the hosts played with our son talked about Spider-Man with him, even some web singing! Lucas and Jada were our hosts and they were amazing Lucas checked for me and my family twice during my meal and he wasn't even a server. Ray was our server and she was professional, sweet and all around very tailored to our needs. We were shocked when she said it was her first week's best service I had in a long time from anywhere. Last but definitely not least, Laverne is the manager I believe and she killed it clearing tables, running food, reviewing every customer food and experience. It wasn't one of those scripted talks either it's honest and you could say that they really care about your experience not only because it's their job! A total of 10/5 stars and definitely will be back for this superstar staff. (snaps)"

"I recently got engaged there last night, my fiancé had our girls plan the whole thing with the manager, waitress Marina, and the kitchen staff to make the proposal a great surprise. The food was great, the service was awesome and the wait was little to nothing, even on Valentine's where everyone had an hour to an hour and a bad wait, we only had to wait 30 minutes. "First we highly recommend the call ahead seating. We were seated quickly even though it was a packed house. Our server was great, Nicole with the red glasses, great personality and never left us feeling forgotten about even when she landed a table of 12 next to us. The food was delicious, I had the chops and loaded baked potato and the Mrs had the parm crusted chicken with the loaded baked potato. We skipped desert in favor of the Sam's Seasonal brew. "I typically don't write reviews unless I have something positive to share, but my experience today was exceptionally disappointing. The manager, Jenny, was quite rude. We waited a long time for our food despite the parking lot not being busy, and we had parked right at the front. When my steak finally arrived, it was very cold. The waitress was apologetic and said they would remake it for us. Given the long wait, she offered to remove the cold steak from our bill. When she brought the new plate, she apologized again. However, when we received our bill, I saw I was charged for the second plate. The manager explained that she removed the charge for the cold steak but had to charge me for the second one since I had eaten it. She insisted that only she had the authority to adjust the bill, not the waitress. I explained that I hadn’t eaten it because I wasn’t hungry anymore, to which she responded, “I’ll take it off, but leave it on the table!” She raised her voice and rolled her eyes at me, which I found completely unacceptable from a manager. I've never experienced anything like it before. I left the steak on the table and decided I would never return."

"We went on Monday night and we were both amazed at the service and the great attitude of the wait staff. Michelle was great! As it was my birthday I was greeted with a card signed by all the staff. Nice touch. We started with David's salad which was light and sweet with a fruity dressing. My wife had the escargot and raves about how good it was. My wife had the filet Oscar that came perfect to the table at medium rare. I had the bouillabaisse which was excellent. No room for dessert but we were served two chocolate macarons (and one with a candle in it!! . Great restaurant and we will definitely be back."

"The rolls are sublime! The Mesquite-Grilled Pork Chops were fantastic. The taste was perfect, an excellent blend of spice and grill. The Beer-Battered Fish was crispy without that fishy flavor. I loved both desserts we had, the Cookie Dough Chocolate Cake and the Big Ole Cheesecake — deliciously debatable. The only issue with the entire meal was the Kids Cheese Roadie . It was a tiny, hard hockey puck. The Kids Grilled Chicken was much better and tasty!"
