"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."

"Service was nice, the child was professional and polite, tried to make the best of it, only a little inexperienced and overwhelmed (complete understanding) he visited our complaint about the bisque, the cream was almost inedible, much too salty like dried shrimps, but the check came with the cargo after he told us would be taken off, and here we also saw problems with the card terminal as well as the The lobster was great, but the pasta with Cajun chicken was quite unhappy, mushrooms okish and cheese fingers good. Lemonade is delicious. It is easy to see that they have problems with seasoning and is not with what we tasted in other red lobsters."

"My husband and I were part of a party of 5 on a busy day weekend Saturday. Two other of our party were upset that the only seat in less than an hour would have us in a distant space. They eat all the time at RL and felt that the back room service was always slow, inconspicuous, and eating always cold. But tonight the service and the food broke the "course". The whole food was nice and delicious. Our server was both professional and timely with a wonderful personality. The attention to cleanliness was excellent. She knew the menu well enough to recommend the most efficient way for me to maximize my desire for only coconut yarns alone. The pair that shared a feasting period not only received an extra empty plate; but everyone was served their own dishes with half each serving on each of their dishes. We were all impressed. Thank you. Red Lobster, for a fabulous dinner in a busy night. The cookies remain an endlessly warm joy and the only way to improve the experience would be to bring back the bread bowl of food."

"I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday while traveling, and sadly, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was slow, likely because they were understaffed, and my order was completely wrong. I had asked for a Caesar salad without croutons, but instead, I received coleslaw alongside my main course, which was also incorrect. I requested a straw multiple times, and it became a bit of a running joke each time the waitress returned without one. Additionally, I was supposed to get a complimentary birthday dessert as per a promotion, but the waitress told me I needed to claim it through a table kiosk. Unfortunately, I couldn't log into my account on the kiosk, so I had to wait for a manager to approve a message on my phone. I also tried to use the kiosk to pay my bill, but it wouldn't read my chip card, and swiping wasn't an option either. Overall, it turned out to be a very frustrating birthday meal."

"I had shown up for my daughters birthday from out of state for a special birthday celebration with her and asked that they do normal birthday stuff sing balloons on the table or even a special dessert and none was done and the waitress even checked her I’d when she ordered a drink and didn’t even say happy birthday I felt like the day was ruined. "The Red Lobster Experience Online Order/ Pick-up Edition). On this day, I had a taste for lobster bisque because Fall is here in the great state of North Carolina, and it was chilly. So I placed my order through their website and ordered a bowl of lobster bisque and a child's garlic-grilled shrimp with a ceaser salad and cranberry juice. After placing my order, the system provided a pick-up time, and once at the location, my food was ready. Once home, I noticed my bowl of lobster bisque looked like a cup, and half of the lettuce in my salad was brown. The garlic-grilled shrimp was tasteless, and I was unaware the meal would come with rice. The cranberry juice looked like pink water and had no cranberry juice flavor. I was disappointed in the presentation of my meal and the taste. Whoever made my food was aware the lettuce was brown but packed it anyway. Also, they did not provide me with an entire container of lobster bisque. In most cases, I would have called management to complain; however, I prefer to take the stance not to go back. I pass this location all the time to see an empty parking lot to a once vibrant business. What is going on? Does management not care or corporate? In my opinion, Red Lobster is on the decline from exhaustion during their moult. Hopefully, corporate can save this location before it perishes in the sea."

"We had a pretty good experience tonight. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks to begin with. There was a pretty part that probably cooked a Ted. Until longer, the bread was not so crispy, but somehow apart. The cheese was nice and melty. The cheddar Bay Busquits were so fresh and tasty. My daughter ordered the Waygu Bacon cheese burgers w fries. I really wanted steak and crab legs, but because that's Combo I ordered the ultimate festival. Carabiner crabbon. W pages of potatoes and broccoli. The lobster dick tasted like It was cooked only a little too long, the shrimp was fine and the crab legs were tender and tasty. It was a pretty generous portion. If I had known that the crab legs were so perfect, I would have just ordered a record. And we ended up with the chocolate wave for my dessert. It was very cooled and chocolate sauce and a vanilla ice bucket served. The chocolate was rich in many layers of frost and cake and chocolate chips on the outside over freezing. Very delicious dinner. Our server was also very attentive."

"We sat down between work and church and the food, service and everything was great. My wife and I split the Salmon New Orleans. Just the right amount of food. It was delicious! The sauce had the right amount of spice and was called cajun butter sauce. We also got the broccoli and mashed potatoes. It also had a few shrimp. The biscuits were good for an appetizer and dessert. We will try this again. Gina, our waitress was fabulous. Go see them."

"Ever since my family moved to the westside of El Paso, this has been our main Red Lobster we go to for lunch and the occasional birthday celebration! They are always giving constant great service! I can't think of one time where we have had a bad experience here. From 2013-2016, we used to come here once a week after I would get my chemotherapy and they always were very accommodating with my situation and made sure to it us away from people since I was immune compromised and to this day, with my newly diagnosed CVID, they still are very accommodating to my disability. They have life long customers in my family and I!"

"Red Lobster WAS one of my favorite restaurants until today's experience!!! My mouth dropped when I read the price for Pick 2 Shrimp dinner for $22???!!??? I've never paid more than $17 for that it also included soup or salad one side. Now the Pick 2 Shrimp went up $5 they took away the soup/salad being included. If you want a salad that will be used as your one side. The shrimp scampi were always served in the oval like dish, soaked in that garlic butter sauce. I received my shrimp on a plate with very little garlic butter sauce on the shrimp. The other person with me ordered the Chicken Alfredo. No side was included the portion size was so much smaller than before. To make everything worse our server was horrible!!!! I asked for extra napkins. I received only one tiny paper towel . (See pictures below) We asked for more biscuits when our meal was served. We never received them until after our meal that's only because I asked half way through our meal on when he was bringing the biscuits out. The server walked past our table about 15 times never picked up our plates. He wasn't carrying anything to not be able to grab the plates. The manager came by removed them. No refills were offered. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The sever only had a few tables. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem paying for a $20+ meal but I except it to be at a higher class atmosphere, have at least a salad included with the meal have one side to choose from and a server who cares about their customers. I am extremely disappointed with Red Lobster price increases with a lot less food. This was my final time eating at Red Lobster."

"Seated within a min of arrivalMy server, Banan, came quickly with a friendly greeting to take my order with promises of my bread and drinks arriving shortly. Like clockwork, my drink, bread, and appetizer came soon after without much of a wait. My appetizer was the mussels. They were ok. I wouldn’t get them again. I then ordered the meal for two which comes with two 7oz steaks, two lobster tails, two shrimp skewers, and a sizable amount of bacon topped Mac and cheese. I picked fries and broccoli as the sides as it was necessary for any entree on the menu. Steak was order medium rare and one was at that temp but the other was well done. The lobster was delicious as was the shrimp. I wish the broccoli had more seasoning as it was pretty bland even with help of the salt and pepper at the table. The fries are best eaten hot. I saved them thinking I would eat them after finishing most of my entree but they were not good cold. All in all, the meal was good and I’ll give it another try here but probably something else on the menu. I do want to give a shout-out to my server Banan. She was extremely attentive and made sure my experience as great as possible. She also ran my out my card I accidentally left on my exit."

"Our server, Red, was absolutely fantastic! Personable and quick with everything including extras. I took one star off because their shrimp Alfredo pasta is nit at all like it used to be. The sauce had no taste and the pasta was almost dry. Lots of shrimp though. It won't keep us from going there again but rest assured we definitely won't be ordering the shrimp with the pasta again. Neither will my friend she ordered the lobster? or crab?(can't remember which) with the Alfredo sauce. She sent hers back."

"Went with my husband and 3 kids. Only good thing was we got seated right away. The food was decent. Went for endless shrimp, our waiter kept avoiding our table, never asked how we were doing, if we needed anything after initially introducing herself as our waitress. I had to constantly call her over and see seemed annoyed by that. For the endless shrimp, the waitress act as if I’m asking her to bring the shrimp from her house, everytime I ordered more. She told me I could only order one at a time, I said ok, understandable. Then when she brought what I ordered which took forever!!!! I ordered more because it seems like they are taking forever in the kitchen(and like I mentioned she disappears). She told me I have to finish what’s in-front of me first before I order more shrimp. Umm… What excuse me!!! So you’re telling me I have to look for you to order, then order, wait a long wait to get my one order of shrimp, then eat the one order of shrimp then I can order more shrimp!!!??? So much for endless shrimp !!!! A little advice if you’re going to advertise endless shrimp please put on that same advertisement “how you can order”. Mind you I called earlier to see if the restaurant participated in the promotion and ask how it works they never mentioned that. I should also add we didn’t just order endless, we had 3 orders of the ultimate feast amongst others menu items including drinks. I would definitely not go back. I don’t know if that only happens at this location or that’s how they do it. Either way I would not recommend!!!! Years ago probably before the pandemic we tried the endless shrimp promotion, twice, and it was not like this. Manager was no where in sight also or else I would ask for clarification. Forgot to mention I asked for parmesan(never received it). I had to remind her like 3 times for some biscuits. I believe the waitress name was Jennifer."

"I feel like it’s been forever since we had good service and low and behold we were blown away with the amazing service from Darrius our waiter. I HAVE NEVER had the service from anywhere and just when I thought it couldn’t get better he remained consistent at exceeding that. Drinks were filled , all the little sides I needed were filled. Our food came out fresh and he didn’t miss a beat when it came to refill our shrimp. I’m not going to lie it was so wonderful to have someone take care of us the way he did. We will definitely be calling to see if he works before we go again."

"My husband and I were on a late Valentine's Day dinner we had saved some money got to go out of town and have a really nice dinner we had Lobster Fest meals beautiful Lobster we thought they were so tiny is like the size of my pointer finger from top to bottom and there was no real flavor in them my steak tasted like it had been boiled and then grill marks put on it my waitress dropped the food didn't come back to check on us until after the majority of the dinner was over didn't bring my husband's coleslaw we had to ask for it very disappointed my husband and I spent over $100 and could have got a better meal at McDonald's and yes I do know how to flavor food to put some of this comment and contacts I am a chef by trade"

"You know I don 't get it! it 's a family restaurant but you don 't want to go there with your family. It 's hood there! They don 't care who 's around when they smoke weed on the side of the outside waiting area. When you finally get seated the table still has crumbs from the previous patrons. People around you speaking loudly using F words N words etc. Like we 're passing through except your stuck there you can 't even say anything because you 'll be in a fight. The waiters are typically nice because of gratuity reasons otherwise it may-be different service. If you have high blood pressure do not eat there. The calamari was so very salty. It could be bread crumbs because the breaded shrimps was salty as well. The scallops were good also the mussels, biscuits, mash potatoes the peach lemonade. The lobster tails were not good at all. Although the waitress was nice but she kept forgetting things. I had to ask many times for stuff. So he tried to lure me into the 15% tipping option that would 've been a $27. Tip I gave her CA$H $20. that 's because my wife told me to give that amount since it was her Mother 's Day dinner I did it. I 've been there about 3 years ago and it 's still the same Maybe a bit more worse. So go your own risk, you were warned!! I 'm fin she w/ that HOOD!"
