"Best sushi in town. Osumashi soup is delicious! Prices are amazing. Great service!Editing 4 years after my initial review:STILL the best sushi in michiana! Great prices, lovely atmosphere, and always exceptional service. I come pretty frequently (anytime I crave) for lunch or dinner, and consistency is key here. My food has always been on point, and (if you’ve looked over the bad reviews) for what it’s worth, I’ve NEVER been sick from anything here. Come on people. I even had to use the bathroom before leaving, and it was very clean. I have never noticed anything dirty, and I generally have strong attention to detail. The staff are very friendly-always greeting with a smile-even when busy. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Mishawaka. I would encourage anyone to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Vegetarian options: There are lots of options to choose from. The menu is decently large, but not overwhelming. Dietary restrictions: I don’t have any, but have dined here with someone who did and there were no issues. Parking: Big parking lot-no payment necessary. Kid-friendliness: They have a ton of options that wouldn’t “scare” kids from eating here. Lots of vegetarian, chicken, and steak dishes. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp/no step-up/ leading up to the restaurant. Inside there are tables not just booths where wheelchair accessibility would be considered. The tables and walkways are spacious-easily maneuverable for wheelchair accessibility."

"03/25 update Went back to dinner with another couple this evening. The drinks were terrible (1st dirty martini had no olive juice, 2nd was all olive juice). They were out of the white wine I ordered. Appetizers were served super quickly, which was hopeful. We then waited a full hour for our meals. And, my filet mignon was served over cooked; (completely brown and dry and even worse cold. As in, I put my hand on it and it was not even warm to the touch) I cut thru the center in hopes that the brisquet might be ok in the center but it was thoroughly overcooked. They offered to make me a new meal; however, they reheated the entire same plate and served it back to me. I know it was the same because I had cut thru the center of the steak and I had taken one bite of the potatoes and it was the exact same plate..the food was not even moved..so it seems very likely that they microwaved it!! Who microwaves an overcooked filet mignon? Our friends had ordered a side of Brussel sprouts, which were brought to the table uncooked and literally refrigerator cold. SO dissapointing. Not sure we will go back given the vast amount of dining options at this price point. Absolutely amazing dinner. Jake was a fabulous server and knew the menu inside out. Incredibly attentive, but not intrusive. Fresh baked bread to begin our meal was wonderful. Ceaser salad was so tasteful and easily enough to share. Great wine and whiskey selection. Ample pours. The Filet steak was prepared perfectly...I mean perfectly! The surf and turf tasting board was wonderful and everything was prepared to be flavorful and hot. The veggies were seasoned and cooked to perfection. We had carrot cake for dessert.. it was served cooked with cream cheese icecream that was surprisingly delicious. Ambiance was comfortable, upscale, trendy. Great date night or dinner out with friends. They split the restaurant into rooms so it's not overly loud. They have a cute outdoor patio for outside seating or you can select to sit at the chef's table if you prefer. I don't usually give five stars, but this place nailed it."

"We attended a Yelp event here for a wine/pairing event. Learned a lot, taste tested several wines and got to meet their lovely Sommolier. We made a reservation for dinner, immediately following the event. Owner came to talk to those of who were attending the event, very knowledgeable, very passionate about the product he was providing to his customers. We ordered, dim sum planner, the wings, lobster rangoon, and the randang. Dim sum platter had three dumplings and they were enormous, but delicious. Presentation was lovely. A lot of meat, more than I normally expect in a dumpling. The Lobster Rangoon was amazing. So light, crispy, flavorful, and I liked that they were in tubular format and not the normal pinched dumpling (Chinese style that many served too much extra breading on those, not enough rangoon! I could have order multiple lobster rangoons and eaten that for dinner. Also, really enjoyed the upscale presentation of these shareable platters. (Photos posted to the page! The randang was just as you would expect, after hearing the story behind this meal being a home cooked meal and not commercialized yet in Asian cuisine, hearty and savory! The wings were AMAZING! They were so delicious... presentation had a sprinkling of sesame seeds, served on a bed of greens. So tasty! Husband and I unanimously agreed that would could easily go there, post up in a booth, drink wine and eat three servings of those wings. T'was a lovely little date night and we left with absolutely no leftovers, regardless of how much food we ordered. Don't judge us."
