"This place is fantastic! I've visited a couple of times for birthday parties. Today, we encountered some issues with our play cards; we lost one once, and three times they just stopped working. Luckily, someone found our card and returned it, and the staff promptly gave it back to us. How great is that? When the cards timed out, I reloaded them at the kiosk. Later, I realized I had inadvertently spent $111 when there was still time left on them. Fortunately, Alixcia from the staff refunded my money and was incredibly kind about it! I'd also like to give a shoutout to Mirah. She came over while we were busy playing to return our card, take our ice cream orders, and expertly checked us out at the points counter, even while my three kids were all trying to talk at once. She handled everything with such warmth and kindness! Overall, today was an amazing experience! I highly recommend having your party here every year! Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese!"
