"What a pleasant surprise! Such a cute little bistro that could easily be made into something much, much larger. We had the calamari appetizer, and the calamari rings were so tender you could bite it right in half or cut it with a fork. That's when you KNOW it's good. The accompanying creamy dip just made it even better. The paella, hands down, is the BEST paella I've ever had in my life. We had the chicken paella and the signature Los Olivos paella and both were so good that we will be back for more before we leave town again."
