"What a pleasant surprise! Such a cute little bistro that could easily be made into something much, much larger. We had the calamari appetizer, and the calamari rings were so tender you could bite it right in half or cut it with a fork. That's when you KNOW it's good. The accompanying creamy dip just made it even better. The paella, hands down, is the BEST paella I've ever had in my life. We had the chicken paella and the signature Los Olivos paella and both were so good that we will be back for more before we leave town again."

This is a find! We came to Los Olivos quite by accident, after waiting at another restaurant in the area and never getting served. Two of us had the Branzino which was well prepared, and delicious. First time dining at Los Olivos, and my Mom and I both enjoyed a great lunch. My Mom had the Argentinean flat bread (Napolitana style), and once she got used to it not being flat, she loved every bite. I had the Bistro Salad with chicken, and it was great too. I really appreciate when grilled chicken is marinated, and this version had a lot of flavor. We will come back to try some of the dinner entrees!

The Seafood Paella was cooked to perfection, and the octopus platter is a must-try appetizer. The owner, Gustavo, was incredibly welcoming, and it's clear that their heritage is reflected in every detail of the restaurant. We can't wait to return with family and friends!"
