"The service was extremely disappointing. We waited 40 minutes for our order, and when the waiter finally arrived, she only had my husband's plate. When I inquired about my meal, she informed me that it was still being prepared, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. When my soup finally arrived, it was cold as well. I cannot recommend this place; we will definitely not be returning."

"came by chance here after we saw it near google and was so grateful that we landed here! partner and I share fried calamari and the pumpkin curry! it was enough for both of us and the aromen were incredible! spicy level was exactly right, nice cooked to perfection, and serving perfectly. even though I would say that there is the best that the air was. air is the name of our server and he was immediately so funny and friendly! best customer service find them in sf! I want to go back, see him again!"

"I lived previously in a city that had more Thai restaurants per capita than fast food restaurants. I love fresh Thai food, but dont live close to an establishment. I was visiting the area and came across this Thai restaurant. It was late, and about an hour before they closed. I ordered the roasted duck curry, which I’ve never had before. I’ve had Thai curry quite a bit and favor the red curry, but probably will skip the duck next time. The curry flavor was tasty though. I also got my usual go to Thai iced tea. It was good, but they are not fresh made. Just a prepackaged bottle, which I would love to source for home consumption though lol. Anyway, they were quick and the food was fresh. A little pricey, but it is The Woodlands."

"If I could give zero starts I would! Me and my family were there for the first time , the food was good but the environment the loud music was unbearable. We could not communicate at all. We had to scream for the waitress to hear from how loud the music was. . The waiters/waitress pretend they don’t see you. We complained about the music and the waitress told me that’s what attracts people that does not have a family. This place is not family friendly. The quality of service was poor and the tip was included in our bill. We let it go but we are not coming back. My advice if you’re going with your family I would choose another place."

"Vegan Thai Food for the Win! Thai Cottage consistently impresses us. My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, particularly the herbal options they offer. The service is exceptional, and the dishes are always fresh and delicious! We ordered the Yellow Tofu Curry and Tofu Pad Thai (with extra peanuts, of course!). "What a pleasant surprise! Such a cute little bistro that could easily be made into something much, much larger. We had the calamari appetizer, and the calamari rings were so tender you could bite it right in half or cut it with a fork. That's when you KNOW it's good. The accompanying creamy dip just made it even better. The paella, hands down, is the BEST paella I've ever had in my life. We had the chicken paella and the signature Los Olivos paella and both were so good that we will be back for more before we leave town again."

"The California Burrito with pastor was excellent, and the service was quick. The salsa was also fantastic. However, I was disappointed with the Shrimp Ceviche Tostada because it was missing both avocado and limes. I would have at least expected the avocado I paid for, which would have made the dish a win. Unfortunately, the DoorDash refund process isn't great and doesn't compensate for order issues, but that's not the restaurant's fault."

"The experience was probably the worst that I have had at a restaurant in the last 15 years. We made a reservation to celebrate my birthday dinner at the location on Wednesday. The check in and greeting on entry were fine. When we were initially seated, is where the problems started. The server brought the menus and silverware small plates and bread. Both sets of silverware had dried food on both forks and 1 of the two knives. We asked for new silverware and butter for the bread (the comes with a marinara based sauce). When the butter was brought to the table, there are there spheres of it in a small cup shaped dish. When we removed the first sphere, there was black/green specs on the bottom layer of the butter. It’s clear to me at this point that there is a quality/health issue with the dishwashing services at the facility. I ordered an appetizer and a lobster bisque soup. I made it to my 3rd or 4th spoonful and felt something very sharp in my mouth. Only to discover that the “lobster” in the soup was actually a ball of steel wool. I have cuts on the roof of my mouth as well as a small split on my lip from the contact it made while ingesting the soup. I showed the steel wool to Both the waitress and the manager. The managers initial response was not “I’m so sorry”, his response was “ oh, thats what we use to clean the pots”. I’m thoroughly disgusted by the temperament and conditions here. This place needs to be reevaluated."

"I really dig this place. If you speak Spanish, perfect; speaking English, still cool. Thus far, I've been happy with the service and food. I never eat in, just order when I arrive, wait, then leave with the order. Typically I use plastic to pay, which they'll charge a for the transaction. Joints like these do that. So, cash is best. I have it a Three Start because I'm really only assessing the food and cost. All the other particulars of a dining experience aren't applicable to me herein. This place is definitely worth a visit so you can assess for yourself. I always recommend getting a few Tacos and see what they provide. In this way, you can establish a standard order as it relates to other restaurants and what they provide."
