"I recently visited this HOTEL and overall, I had a good experience. I have been to the bar and hotel before, so I am familiar with the place. I usually prefer staying in good hotels for their excellent service, and this place did not disappoint. From room service to the front desk, everyone was polite and attentive.However, I did find the prices at the rooftop bar to be quite high, especially for drinks. In fact, they were probably the most expensive in Brooklyn. Although this is not a major issue, I did ask the bartender for a Manhattan cocktail and inquired about its price. I was taken aback by his response, which was not appropriate for a place like this. It almost seemed like he was implying that I was being cheap.I found it disappointing that despite spending a significant amount of money on 3-4 drinks that cost $24 each, I did not receive the empathy and service that I had expected. I believe that when customers are paying such high prices, they deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.As a customer, I believe that when I ask for the price of a product or service, the staff should check the price and provide me with an accurate answer. It's frustrating when staff members respond with unclear or evasive answers, or worse, with a disrespectful attitude.Despite the unpleasant experience with the bartender, I still believe that this is a great place to grab a drink and enjoy the view. The rooftop terrace is a must-visit spot, and I'm looking forward to coming back in the summer when it's open.While my encounter with the bartender was disappointing, I understand that everyone has their bad days, and I'm willing to give this place another chance. I'm sure that on most days, the bartenders are on point and provide excellent service to their customers. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a great drink and a beautiful view."
