The food was tasty and the portion sizes were generous. While the interior decor could use some improvement, the exterior is quite lovely.

I dined indoors and found the space to be very spacious and appealing. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the hula pie to finish your meal! The service was exceptional.

The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. I ordered the 16 oz. ribeye, while my wife had the scallops, and both dishes were amazing. My kids chose burgers and pasta, and there was not a single bite left on our plates. And then came dessert—wow! The hula pie and bread pudding were absolutely delicious!

What a wonderful restaurant with an ideal location! The food exceeded my expectations, and the service was exceptional. Our waiter was very friendly and courteous, appearing at just the right moments without being intrusive. Enjoying our lunch outdoors on the sunny lawn created the perfect atmosphere for a Sunday date with my husband. I can definitely see this place becoming a favorite!

We made last-minute reservations for a party on a Saturday night. Although we had originally requested an outdoor table, we asked to be seated indoors due to the chilly weather. The staff graciously accommodated us by quickly setting up a table for us upstairs. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious. We were a party of six enjoying dinner on the patio Saturday night. Out of the six main courses we ordered, two salmon dishes requested to be cooked well done arrived rare and had to be sent back. Additionally, one beef dish was not satisfactory and was left uneaten. When we asked for bread, only four rolls were brought to the table for our group of six, and they were quite cold, likely having been stored in the refrigerator. With so many other excellent restaurants at this price point in Los Gatos, we won’t be returning.

Additionally, one of the beef dishes was not enjoyable and was left uneaten. When we requested bread, only four rolls were brought out for all six of us, and they were noticeably cold, likely from being stored in the refrigerator. Given the many other quality restaurants in Los Gatos that offer similar price points, we have decided not to return to this one.

Palms offers a lovely atmosphere for dining and drinks. They have great happy hour drink specials; however, the food options are somewhat limited. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, and unfortunately, it was quite dry and not impressive. I expected much better quality, particularly in Los Gatos, where great food is a must. My friend had the pasta with chicken, but the chicken slices were barely there, making it feel like just pasta. The Crème Brûlée had a burnt center and lacked the crunchy edge that it should have.
