"You haven’t truly experienced life until you’ve tasted this pizza. I’ll admit, I usually prefer less sauce on my pizza, so when I first saw the amount, I thought, “Oh no!” But it turned out to be the perfect balance! Everything here is either freshly made or locally sourced. They prepare fresh mozzarella and fire-roasted tomato sauce every day. And yes, you can purchase both to take home, so make sure to grab some before you leave. The pizza is fire-roasted and cooked so quickly, it’s almost faster than you can blink, thanks to the high temperature. The owner took the time to chat with us and was incredibly friendly, as was the chef. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!"
