"We have been before and really enjoyed it. This time we were disappointed. We were there for a birthday celebration. The process to be seated was very unorganized. Our service was very slow. They appeared to be understaffed."

"Food was average to poor at best. It took over 3.5 hours for our meal. I burned more calories waiting for the food than the food supplied. Service was disjointed and it appeared the sushi chefs were overloaded with takeout/ delivery orders. Even accounting for that the food pairing was ridiculously poor. As far as we could tell this was for all of the tables as everyone seemed to be waiting forever for their food. Over $600 (incl tax and tip) 5 people One $50 bottle of sake. Maybe the worst value meal of my life. Perhaps takeout or delivery is a ok (the overly wasabi and soy flavored sushi rice made the fish impossible to taste so I doubt that too). Perhaps they had a really really off night. Perhaps they paid for their Yelp elite reviews. Bottom line. Don't go. I never will again perhaps they will find their way at a ghost kitchen."

"Sashimi Bento (Dinner) also cones with soup and rice. Teriyaki chicken mix of nice cut white and dark grilled. I ordered right before closing but the fish was 4 different, salmon, tuna, and white fish that was stronger in flavor but melted in my mouth. They probably already do this but I asked if they could package the tempura so it will stay crispy, which they did as well as my request for extra wasabi. I really enjoyed this meal thank you Miyako Susie staff"

"This restaurant was smaller than we had anticipated. We arrived at 6:15 on a Friday and had to wait for about 35 minutes in a crowded place. However, the wait was worth it. The portions were larger than we expected! The staff was very friendly. We ordered a Saki bomb which enhanced the taste of the food. Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely return and recommend it to others."

"We ordered the monster and kelso rolls. The Kelso roll was our favorite. The monster was also good and tasted more like breaded roll : Our girls loved their gyozas and had seconds. The chicken teriyaki Don was bigger than what we're used to. Their miso was also flavorful Their servings were bigger than most Japanese restaurants that we've tried in Seattle. Overall it was a good experience and we'll come back whenever were in the area."

"Disappointed! I placed a carryout order online with a scheduled pick up of an hour later. We live across the street and typically order sushi 1-2 times a week, so while this was our first order, I was hoping this would be be a new favorite. I'm torn on giving this review 2 v. 3 stars. The Good: Food was ready and brought out curbside promptly. Everything was packaged beautifully and staff was upbeat and courteous. The beef was high quality and lean. The food presentation was good. Sushi rolls were large. Delicious veggies in the bibimbop. Prices seem fair for the quality and portions. The bad: THE SALT!!!! The veggies in all the veggie rolls were incredibly salty, but the mushrooms must have absorbed the most salt as the shitake rolls were barely edible because of how salty they were. The beef in the bibimbop also was too salty too and was a much smaller portion than I expected, even for the $15 price."

"Ordered 3 Unagi rolls $7.50 each. The width of the Unagi was a mere 4mm thick. Skimpy. Where's the Meat?!!! Also disappointed in the Unagi hand rolls because they normally come in two pieces per order not here. Only received one piece. Not worth $5.25 for a single piece! No Chop Sticks either. GOSH. Update: Receipt attached. You dishonor all Japanese people by your dishonesty."
