"The menu was simple and there are two different sizes. I ordered the pho with brisket and steak. It was really good. I do not like that the cilantro and green onion is already in the bowl and not on the side like the other garnishes. I ordered a pineapple green tea with strawberry boba and it was really good. I actually ordered a second. The stuff was nice and serve was good. I would return and tell other about this spot."

"This is the closest boba shop near me so I had my fingers crossed that it would be good! I was pleasantly surprised and overall found it to be good boba tea. The shop is cute and has outdoor and indoor seating options. Their milk is dairy free which is nice and sweetness levels can be adjusted. We ordered their matcha rose milk tea, strawberry jasmine milk tea, and a custom oolong rose milk tea. I got 25% sweetness on my strawberry jasmine and I am glad I did because it was still too sweet for me. The oolong and matcha rose were wayy too sweet at 50%. Both tasted more like 75-80%. The strawberry flavor is tart fyi which I liked because it didn't taste too artificial, but my boyfriend did not like it. Their boba has a nice chew and honey flavor. The matcha rose was good but lacked matcha flavor. All in all, flavors were good just be carefully with the sweetness levels. I will be returning and am looking forward to trying other teas!"

"I had a limited amount of time, so I inquired about when my order would be ready. I was informed it would take 10 minutes. However, after waiting 10 minutes, my order still wasn't prepared, so I politely checked in to see how much longer it would take. They did manage to prepare my order, for which I was grateful, but unfortunately, the quality was disappointing—it was overly greasy and lacked substance. I had ordered the same dish before, and it was enjoyable then. I can't help but wonder if my order was intentionally made poorly because they might have thought I was complaining when I was merely checking on the status in a friendly manner. This experience occurred on Sunday, January 2, 2022. The staff working that day came across as unprofessional and unkind."

The service was lacking, with no greeting or table touch. I had to seat myself after standing at the entrance, where I was then directed to find my own table and menu. The salad and garlic toast were disappointing, with the salad tasting like sugary water and the toast being plain. Overall, this restaurant seems more suited for a quick and budget-friendly meal rather than a dining experience."

"Food: 4, service: 1. Been having lunch here on Tuesdays and Fridays for over two years. Often joined by a friend on Tuesday. The Pho and rolls served are good—nothing particular to rave about. Just goo Pho and usually fast. However, Pho 5Up recently opened another site and move most of the experienced staff to that location. Now there seems to be a rotating manager and staff the last three weeks. Today's service was terrible. Ordered spring rolls to start with and they came out before tableware and water.The Pho arrived and I had to ask for the sprouts and basil plate as well as a fork. Water glass was never refilled. I have noticed several empty tables the last few weeks including today. Probably be looking for another lunch place until they get sorted out."

"*Poor Customer Service*The two ladies working here seem nice. Once about 3 weeks ago I came in and they got my order wrong and the younger working lady had the audacity to give me a very bad attitude even though we come for drinks regularly so I was shocked by her poor attitude (I assume her true colors showed) they have a fake kindness about them until you show them their own mistake. Secondly they lied to my daughter saying they did not have a restroom when I've used ot plenty then when I walked in and asked why they said they don't have a restroom they just refused to allow the use of their restroom only because they are going out of town and didn't want to clean it again DURING BUSINESS HOURS! Lol, seriously not okay to lie. No one is painting your walls. Just a quick use and that's it. Drinks are good but the service is sorry."

"Lollicup generally has good drinks and food so 5 stars for that. But I’ve been to this specific location 4 different times and EACH time, it’s been the SLOWEST service everrrr! And they were all different employees. I would only suggest coming here if you have all the time in the world and have no where to go. Your drinks/food will come out at in at least >20mins. Plus one employee got my order wrong, I believe because he was wearing AirPods and didn’t hear my order correctly. Lack of professionalism in this location. I generally like lollicup in all other locations, but this one particularly lacks the umph to provide good service, unfortunately."
