Pho 5up - Menu

Where is the new location? It doesn't feel the same anymore, especially since they were moving kitchen appliances out while I was there. I could hear some guys in the back of the dining area playing music on their phones. What a disappointment.

Not so good, #13 pho , the broth was very Bland. No flavor whatsoever seemed water down the beef wrapped with grape leaves Was very, very dry not edible whatsoever. It didnt seem fresh . Wont be carrying out again from this place never had an issue dining in. 

Had an amazing experience! The place was clean and so much bigger than I expected. They were able to accommodate our party of 7 with no problem, including two kids. Service was top notch and super quick for everything we ordered. The food was AMAZING! A few in our party never had Pho before and were pleasantly surprised. I tried the Beef and Pork Spicy Noodle Soup and I would give it 2 stars, primarily because the broth had excellent flavor and just the right level of spice. However, the pork had a spongy texture, resembling bologna rather than typical pork. My favorite aspect of Pho or ramen is definitely the noodles, but these were quite thick and chewy. If you're a fan of that kind of noodle, then this might be the right place for you!

The calamari rings were incredibly rubbery—nearly impossible to chew, and it took a lot of effort to get through them. I ended up having to throw away half of them. The summer rolls had a decent amount of shrimp and pork, but they were surprisingly lacking in flavor. On the bright side, the bean sprouts were fresh, crispy, and juicy! It seems the best bet is to stick with the pho, which I, unfortunately, didn't get to try.

I ordered food for delivery today, but they completely forgot to include any beverages. When I called to inquire, they claimed they were out of drinks but allowed me to order them online, which I was charged for anyway. Then they asked if I wanted a refund—why was I charged in the first place? Additionally, they only provided sides for one of the meals and didn't include any condiments. I have been having lunch here on Tuesday and Friday for several years. Always enjoyed the food and staff. Recently Phoup open a new restaurant and moved all the staff to that location and have brought in new staff. The quality of service has deteriorated to the point I am not sure I will return in the near future. I noticed today on Friday--and last Tuesday--that lunch hour is not as busy as it was in the past. The Pho and rolls are still great but the service is driving people away. I for one will find a new lunch place. Sad because good Pho is hard to find.

Did the ownership change? I used to really enjoy coming here, but during my last visit, the quality of the food was disappointing. All the Sriracha bottles were watered down, to the point where it was just a thin liquid. I had to request another bowl of pho because I was hesitant to eat what I had inadvertently poured into my soup, thinking it was regular Sriracha. The teenage servers tried to convince me it was just a different type of Sriracha, but it was clearly diluted. This experience makes me question what other unsatisfactory practices might be happening at this restaurant. Decisions like these drive customers away instead of saving money. I won’t be returning.

Food: 4, service: 1. Been having lunch here on Tuesdays and Fridays for over two years. Often joined by a friend on Tuesday. The Pho and rolls served are good—nothing particular to rave about. Just goo Pho and usually fast. However, Pho 5Up recently opened another site and move most of the experienced staff to that location. Now there seems to be a rotating manager and staff the last three weeks. Today's service was terrible. Ordered spring rolls to start with and they came out before tableware and water.The Pho arrived and I had to ask for the sprouts and basil plate as well as a fork. Water glass was never refilled.
