"Overall, our dinner was wonderful and a fantastic way to celebrate our anniversary. We did have a couple of minor issues though. We had made a reservation online through the website and specified that it was for our anniversary, and even reminded our waitress about the email discount we had received for the occasion. Unfortunately, the discount was not applied to our bill. Additionally, we asked about purchasing the coffee we had with our dessert, but the waitress never followed up on our request.
While the food was exceptional, we expected better attention to detail and customer service, especially considering the high prices at Terrapin. The waitress was great during our meal, but it was the small things that were missed that left us slightly disappointed."
