"I had a disappointing experience at Macados. The Diablo Quesadilla was unappetizing and tasted stale. They forgot to include the salsa and sour cream, which was frustrating. I ordered two sides of onion rings, but instead, they substituted them with bags of chips. The macaroni salad I also ordered was replaced with chips as well. The Julius Caesar sandwich came with a piece of chicken that was only enough for half of the sandwich, and the cheese was cold and not melted at all. The 'Build Your Own' option featured sliced chicken, but it was a thick slab that my daughter struggled to bite through. This was our second chance with Macados, as our previous order was mistakenly given to someone else, and we received an entirely different meal with a different name on the ticket. Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience."
