"I had a disappointing experience at Macados. The Diablo Quesadilla was unappetizing and tasted stale. They forgot to include the salsa and sour cream, which was frustrating. I ordered two sides of onion rings, but instead, they substituted them with bags of chips. The macaroni salad I also ordered was replaced with chips as well. The Julius Caesar sandwich came with a piece of chicken that was only enough for half of the sandwich, and the cheese was cold and not melted at all. The 'Build Your Own' option featured sliced chicken, but it was a thick slab that my daughter struggled to bite through. This was our second chance with Macados, as our previous order was mistakenly given to someone else, and we received an entirely different meal with a different name on the ticket. Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience."

All of the items tasted good, but all could have been cooked a little longer... fries were undercoked and the sandwich could have been more toasted.

The portion size was great for the price, and the meat was delicious. I also appreciated the addition of a pickle. The bread was a bit tough, but I think it actually enhanced the sandwich.

If you're going to charge an extra $2.00 for onion rings, you should provide more than just three. The atmosphere is typical for a club and the experience was decent overall. However, it was a bit dry due to the lack of mayo.

There are so many sandwich options! The staff does an amazing job, and even though they are a bit short-staffed, they manage to serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently without missing a beat. Yes, you might have to wait for a table, but the staff is incredibly friendly and works hard to earn the goodwill of their customers, who are equally friendly in return. Amazing food. Tried this place on a whim and man I am now a huge fan of this place. Portions were massive and the food was amazing. Even when I got home the food was all still mostly hot. Also their French Dip is the best I've ever had. Also when packing my food, they kept the warm and cold items separate which was genius and I hardly ever see that be done. The place has a great atmosphere as well. Feels welcoming and warm. Can't wait to come back here. Now I wanna try everything on the menu.

My family and I have always enjoyed Macados but even we can admit that, in the past, there was a very long wait. We went on Saturday afternoon 8/13 around noon and it was very busy. There were people sitting outside and inside. We were greeted promptly when we walked in and our service was exceptional. Our waiter stopped several time to refill our drinks and to check on everything. We ordered an appetizer and three meals cheese sticks, fish tacos, and two hamburgers) and all the food came out quickly and hot. I understand people not wanting to give Macados a chance because of past service but I believe they have turned the corner. The food is excellent!!!
