"In a word, Disappointing (note the capital D). Rio Sabinas has gone waaay downhill since my last visit over two years ago.Positives: nice waitress, interesting decor, and pleasant patio weather.Negatives: almost everything else. To start, we were seated at a dirty table. We were then forgotten for around 20 minutes before receiving chips, salsa (ketchup), and water from the pleasant waitress, who who blamed the delay on typical staffing problems. We ordered from the menu with one specific request (no beans or rice) for one dish for one party member. The food was delivered promptly, but was not any better than average. The noted specific menu request was completely ignored, resulting in very little of the dish being consumed. The other dishes, enchilada and smothered burrito, were underwhelming due to a lack of sauces. We thought we were upgrading our meal plan, but we ended up regretting our visit. It won 't happen again until I see a new management or new ownership sign outside the building."
