"Food wasn't half bad. But this place needs to hire a front desk person to handle the people coming in and being confused about the rooftop seating. The bartender was less than optimal, rude, and just not pleasant. Very flippant about customer service, the owners would do well by getting rid of her as she'll drive business away. Myself and my friend will never go back because that's how bad she was. Rude to other customers as well and poured horrible drinks. At least have a bartender that knows how to make a drink, especially your signature drinks. Too bad, heard good things about this place but the experience sucked. Went to another bar down the street after and had a great time, great bartender, she would do well to learn from people in her trade in how to keep customers coming back!EDIT REPLY TO OWNER: Hey Ryan, no need to call you, but I do appreciate your response. Isn't it a shocker that none of your employees recall any bad service? Of course, not like they would own up to making your establishment look bad. Most of the bad reviews are reflective of your bar service, so obviously you have bartender issues there. Trust me, this is probably the 3rd review I've ever written, I hate giving bad reviews, but your bartender older woman really just needs to go. In most establishments the bar is the best place to be, best service and is reflective of the establishment. I think you have a great place there and most people seem to be satisfied. But again, your bad reviews are probably reflective of that bartender. Keep her at your own peril, but she isn't representing you or doing you any favors. Likely many more people had to deal with her rotten attitude but aren't saying anything they probably just won't come back like my friend and I . Good service is usually rewarded but bad service needs to be called out. Good luck!"

"The best high-end meal I've ever had. The ambiance was pleasing. The menu was upscale. The food and plating was elevated. Presentation is key after all... Our server, Parker, was so professional and timed everything perfectly. The calamari is the best I've ever had, and I've enjoyed a lot of calamari over the years. My scallops put a tear in my eye. They're hard to come by where I'm from and these satisfied every craving and expectation I had. Boyfriend's filet mignon was delicious with the garlic and seasoning to meet the consumers taste buds. Then, to top it all off, is the carrot cake. What a delicacy to complete a truly wonderful evening. I'm so happy to have been able to experience something like this. It's a night I'll remember for years to come."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"I have never had dinner at Red lobster. I was attracted to the all you can eat shrimp offer on Monday night. I was very impressed. The menu had about eight different options of shrimp. I ate in the bar which surprised me how impressive it was. The bartender was very friendly and service-oriented. I don't believe I waited more than 5 minutes for any order. If you like shrimp, I highly recommend this offer. It goes away in November."

"Always a winner. Sure there is better bbq in the world but this is the best By Far in Carson City or the surrounding area. Super cool inside w all kinds of old timey flare. "It could have been better. I haven’t been to R.L. in awhile, so things may have changed. My broccoli and rice was drenched with butter. My lobster tails were bland and I assume expected to be drenched in butter, because she served me a cup of butter with the meal, then asked “How was the meal?” My response was my distaste for all this butter. Her response, “Well you ate it all!” Me- I paid for it. A $60 meal, I hope I eat it all. It’s my fault because I should I have sent it back. To make matters worse, she only took my plate to the back, and left all the other dishes on the table to prove a point to whomever. People are so petty and at the end of the day, you have to stoop to their level to understand their level of pettiness. My son, said his drink taste watered down. What’s with taking a picture to pay for my food at the kiosk on the table? Red Lobster use to be one of the best places to eat. Downhill! It was my b-day and I was just trying to enjoy a meal. Do better!"

"Food and wine pairings were excellent as was our host, Mike Kanter. The herb goat cheese tartlet and ahi tuna appetizers were especially good. The filet mignon would have been a bit better if we could have ordered it to taste. It came medium and we prefer rare but you could tell it was a good cut of meat. Wildfire always does a great job with everything they do. Our only problem is that we were seated across from a very rude and somewhat obnoxious (possibly drunk? couple who detracted from our ability to hear Mike talk and to enjoy the dinner. Luckily, they left before the dinner was over and we were able to enjoy the last couple of courses in peace."

"They have a tendency of forgetting parts of the meals. We had multiple take out meals with missing sides. Recently they went to using doordash. I had ordered fajitas and they forgot the wraps, they substituted the refried beans to something I can’t eat and served me left over stale rice. We live close by but when your not feeling well and don’t want to go out. It’s frustrating hearing the manager say no apology but go get it yourself or wait at least thirty minutes. Really hit or miss from this establishment … but hey at least I got stale rice fajita fillings kicking around in my fridge to help me thru my cold ! I’m sorry but a lot of the take out orders are messed up. We usually order breakfast directly from store as takeout and have mentioned missing sides with no response. This isn’t the first time, but this will be our last experience."

"I ordered online and it took 2 hrs. And I was fine with this because I thought the food would be worth it. Sadly, the food wasn’t worth it at all. I ordered the steak tips that is suppose to come w mixed veggies and the mixed vegetables was just zucchini and one piece of bell pepper. I was so surprised that literally their mixed veggies meant one sliver of a different vegetable. I had the lasagna and was given garlic bread. The garlic bread was a piece of bread that must have been spread with butter w garlic season. There was not one piece of garlic on my garlic bread. The lasagna was ok. Not great. The sauce doesn’t have much flavor and it seems they put tomatoes in the sauce to make it more interesting, but it still tastes bland. I’ve been raised around Italian food all my life and this company misses the mark so badly that it’s almost insulting."

"I had the Wagyu cheese burger with fries and it was fantastic. The burger comes with lettuce and tomato on the side, and you should ask for mayo if you want it. The fries came with a side of ketchup, and the meal was priced at $12.99. It was delicious, with just the right amount of fat and grease to be a perfect burger. It's surprising that a seafood restaurant serves the best burger in town. Red Robin, you better watch out! I picked up my order inside, and all the staff were very courteous. The food was served hot as well. Once again, Red Robin might have some competition!"

"I had high expectations due to it being the summit hotel. I was imagining an older look w dark wood accents. The bar fit that but the rest of the room was bright green w bright lights which was odd. Our waiter didn’t bring us water, there was dead bugson the table. Our table had 4 different chairs and we had 3 different waiters? With covid shouldn’t we limit exposure to manypeople? I didn’t know who I was tipping. My food was good however, the fries were hard and tasted like Walmart Id dayMcDonald’s French fries are better. My pickle was odd tasting and soft not crunchy. Even though my food was good I would notreturn due to the atmosphere. The summit hotel is stunning on the outside and had old charm to it and I was hoping that for thedining but it didn’t."

"Ok. The place and staff are good but my complaint is in regards to the company. They are having a shrimp platter with all you can eat of variety shrimp for $20. The menu choice shows Jumbo Coconut Shrimp. They state that they no longer carry it though having it pictured on the menu and listed. Not to mention, they say it is coconut popcorn shrimp now...well those taste like hush puppies with a wet morsel inside. I would imagine it would be the same as a maggot in a hush puppy. Coconut? Well, good luck finding a sliver that can fit on a small popcorn shrimp. As I sat waiting for my order, I heard people order Jumbo Coconut Shrimp and be told the same as myself. The poor staff need a voice recorder and press play, because while I sat there, I heard 2 more order that because they prefer the Jumbo Coconut Shrimp. My daughter said Maybe, they can 't afford to provide all you can eat jumbo coconut shrimp for everyone . I am starting to wonder if that is the case even though I was told by staff that they can 't even get it to sell it . Red Lobster, you tend to be over priced so you cannot afford to take away a popular food item! Think on that as a corporation."

"Very upset on what I just experienced here. I placed an order online and their system is very limited to modifications as well as the kids section doesn’t allow you to put drinks. So after I placed my $114 order I called them to explain themodifications I needed and what drink my child wanted (which another employee before told me to just call and let them know tohave it ready taking their advice . So I called not even 5 minutes after I order and explain if I could switch the kidssteamed broccoli for mixed veggies which they said they can and to add the kids drink a ginger ale and my jambalaya pasta sinceI can’t have mussels to add extra shrimp which I’ve done in the past when sitting down at the restaurant as well as insteadof veggies with my steak I asked for double Fries which I was able to modify online and all steak being medium . I showed upwhen I got the text it was ready and the girls in front clearly didn’t take down my note or care to do the modification Iasked. Thankfully I checked my food before leaving and told them they didn’t change the broccoli to mixed vegetables, theydidn’t give me the drink and I had to double check with the girls if that meant they didn’t even mention the extra shrimpsince I removed the mussels , the one girl that stayed with me said she wasn’t the one who spoke to me and doesn’t know . Nobread or bruschetta was in the bag . I also had to wait and extra 15 minutes for the mixed veggies. Also no double fries with mysteak but they added veggies and steaks were well done. The point of calling was to 1. Make easier for them and to do it beforethe kitchen started the food and 2. To not have to bother them when’s I’m there and also to have my food ready . Highlydisappointed , paying $114 for food and couldn’t get simple request done and not how I ordered my food and still having towait for them to do something I gave them a head up for and time to do .
